Professional Experience:

 3 years of work experience in the Banking industry with focus on Commercial

Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS). More specifically, with in-depth understanding
of key functions within the servicing world which focus on Financial Statements
Analysis and Reporting Over Site Setup.

Job Description:

 Preparing the Month End report which are shared with the Team.
 Collaborate with the Team Leader- Operations in smooth transitioning of work to
EGS.
 Thorough analysis of financial statements of the borrower to ascertain the property’s
performance.
 Adjustment of the real estate taxes, property insurance, reserves and debt service as
per the guidelines of the CRE Finance Council.
 Calculate debt service coverage ratio to monitor property’s performance and ascertain
whether the property is able to generate sufficient cash flows to pay monthly debt
service.
 Providing detailed commentary for the variances in the property’s performance at
regular intervals.
Key Responsibility:

 Reporting which includes monthly reporting

 Training, Mentoring and Monitoring performance of new joiners.
