The video starts with some basic introduction and we asked following
questions:
1. How do you secure all your products in your farm?
We customised the packages according to the agri climatic conditions. The
climatic conditions varying from tropical cities to tropical towns. Based on
that we want to manage agri condition and packages.
2. Is this takes time to know the agri conditions?
It is easy to identify and it is very systematic in nature.
3. How did you come up the name of the company ?
The kind of activities we are doing should be reflect on the name of the
company.

This is how the name of the company came.
4. How do you manage your business in many countries?
My son is working in Amazon. So he helps me to find out the marketing
spot, where I want to export and import the products.
5. Do you face any rejection while selling your products?
No, we got approval from UNDA (United States department of agriculture)
and now, they send 420 containers of their products. So,not even one
rejection or inspection takes place.
6. How do you price the products and is it satisfying for you?
It is in purity basis, Build Operate and Transfer basis, our company also gets
monetary methods and we sell 100 percent non toxic products. That
satisfaction we are getting from our products and pricing.
7. Are you committed with any NGO’s?
If NGO’s are genuine, we are ready to tie up with them. But if they are
money minded or benefit minded people they cannot approach us, because I
am very strong in ethics. Most of the NGO’s we found have done some hide
and seek business, not realistic. If they are real and work transparent, we can
invest our time and money there.
8.The Pakistan attack has create any trouble for your international
business?
No, there was no such effect of pakistan attack in my business as we are
doing businrss globally not only in India.
9. How do your distributors work?
So far, I never had any trouble in distributorship. As long as international
specification of our products. I never had any problem in searching the
vendors rather than the distributors come to us and ask to supply the products.
If there are quality products then definitely no one will face any trouble in
distribution.
10. Is there any medicinal plant?
We are supplying fresh fruit, fresh leaf, fresh flowers, directly consumed by
the patient. Now one plant called Analogue plant, we are exporting the leaf
part, which controls all types of cancer let it be blood cancer, lung cancer or
any other type of cancer.
11. How you maintaned Sandalwood for 20 long years ?
Any where we can grow sandalwood that is the liberty given by the
government of INDIA and government of TAMILNADU. Only issues is that
as you all know, when a girl is attending puberty then only danger comes,
parents needs to take care of their daughter. In the same way, if we take care
of the sandalwood plant it will give us profit. Government of INDIA or
TAMIL NADU govt. takes care of it and they will charge some amount.
12. Do you have any problem in distribution?
No we don’t have any problem in distribution. We are having good
packaging system in our firm itself and we have good transport facility to
export our products. We are not facing any difficulties in distributions.
13. How do you manage your finance related work with other countries?
Natura agro arganica is a family based company. We are producing organic
products. We have another company called KLMX imports. Through that
company we are exporting our vegetables and fruits. All finance work is done
after the delivery of products.
14. How the idea of the business came?
Actually it’s a unexpected thing. Because when I was doing my 12th I thought
to became Indian global business man, After completing my PHD, I became a
scientist. I did several project with Abdul Kalam sir.Then I realized that this
job will never suit for my personality. So I did personality analysis course
and decided to start agricultural business in which I was always passionate
about.
15. Do you have any competition?
No, we don’t have any competition because its costumed technique.
16. How you create successful customer base?
They are coming to our product .they like our product .we are delivering
product not based on demand we deliver the product based on requirement .
17. What are the three main skills needed for an entrepreneur?
 Personality.
 Select a business which satisfy you.
 In that what type of business you have chosen
o And check whether the business suits for your personality and use
latest technology.
18. Who inspired you?
I am a self inspired person.
19. Give some advice for college students to become an entrepreneur?
Produce a product which is best for the place.
20. Who are all your employees?
My company has mostly local employees .

LEARNING OUTCOME:
We learned about Entrepreneurship and how it works. We learned
about Supply Chain Management and the various stages of Supply
Chain. We learned to design Supply Chain that improve Supply Chain
profitability. We learned to use Product Design, Strategic sourcing,
and Pricing to most efficiently match Supply and Demand. The theory
of building and maximizing Supply Chain coordination and
collaboration was taught to us. Identifying Supply Chain risks and
Design risk mitigation strategies was known. We also came to know
about exploring Purchasing, Production, and Distribution strategies
for a global environment
We learnt how he finances and monitors his accounting activities.
Moreover, he has his business globally running and the way he
controls his business is learnt. The different ways of selecting a
distributor, the government policies, the legal matters, the employee
selection etc. were told to us. The patience required to run a business
and the ability to not give up and face obstacles was taught to us.
