The PTA of MATIAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL in there meeting last January 6,2016
agreed to have a PTA PROJECT for this SY 2015-2016.The stage extension roofing of
the school and they decided to have a FUND RAISING ACTIVITY through search for
MR. and MISS VALENTINES 2016.

We would like to ask from you a permission to make this activity this coming February
12,2016 in order to highlight the celebration of the Valentines Day.

We hope that we can count on you to help support our said activity.Your reply at earliest
possible time would be much appreciated.
