1) 一般事項
General items
1-1. Delivery
After holding and confirming the supplied drawing, we would manufacture
goods within 150 days (5 months).
1-2. Delivery address
Factory of Vina Kyouei Steel Co., Ltd
1-3. Delivery method
Before delivering equipments, we give the provisional construction and
engine trial run at the factory of SANKITECH.
After that, we would deliver to factory of Vina Kyouei Steel Co., Ltd

2) CONDITIONS OF DESIGN
2-1. Goods which being conveyed
The outbreak dusts when melting the electric furnace
Ingredients of dust Iron oxide etc,…
Granularity of dust 0.5μm 〜 15μm
Specific gravity 0.5 〜 0.6t/㎥

5) Construction and Installation work

In case of nescessaity of construction-installation work and dispatch, will give
the separate quotation. Besides, frame of vertical conveyor have to be fixed the tank,
so we will compare on installation method and quotation of this part in the meeting.

6) Regulation of trail run

The superviser of trial run will be decided same time to contruction-installation
work in the factory of customer. We will make the separate quotation.

7) Assurance
7-1. Assurance period
Assurance period would be counted within 1 year after actual work or
completing installation.
7-2. Assurance contents
In assurance period, if the customer use, follow up the using manual and
maintenance management, in case of any inconvenient and fault which
based on responsibility of customer, we will support, exchange parts or repair
speedily upon discussion with the customer.
7-3. Exemption from responsibility and outside of assurance items
① Incase of being broken down or arised problems of the being loaded
  products as bellow:
①-1. The products being wet into water.
①-2. Throwing into conveyor overloaded in comparision with regulation.
①-3. Impurities (foreign substance, lump)
①-4. Stopping process is too long, so the products being stagnated, etc.
② Broken down due to neglect the importance parts before using.
③ Fault caused by wrong maintenance・inspection・construction and

   Installation work
④ The faults being caused by above reasons when arising the abnormalcy.
⑤ Break-down caused by external factors.
⑤-1. Abnormalcy of utilities (electrical power)
⑤-2. Natural disasters
⑥ The arised damage, operation damage of the third party and Seika
  Corporation being caused by our products.
The other Indirect damages.
⑦ Corrosion and abrasion due to the dusts.
⑧ Special characteristic and troubles excepting specification of the products
  which being exhibited.

8) Acceptance inspection
We will set up the trial run with unburden in the factory of Sankitech VN.
Within 1 month later, setting up the burden trial run and official acceptance work
in the factory of Vina Kyouei Steel (In case of being enable to set up burden trial
run due to convenience of Vina Kyouei Steel, the official acceptance is necessary
and have to do it.)
