#3 - Quién soy yo en Cristo? (Compilado del libro de Niel Anderson)

Nuestra identidad y posición bíblicas como cristianos

Los siguientes postulados resumen tu identidad y posición bíblicos en Cristo y son el
fundamento de tu libertad en Cristo. Léa estos postulados con frecuencia, sobre todo si está
enfrentado conflicto espiritual. Puede hacerlo en voz alta, esto le ayudará a interiorizarlo mejor.

Quién soy yo?

- No soy el "Yo Soy" (Exo 3:14; Joh 8:24, 28, 58 ), pero "por la gracia de Dios soy lo que soy,"
1Cor 15:10
- Soy la SAL de la tierra (Mat 5:13). Soy la LUZ del mundo (Mat 5:14)
- Soy parte de la VID, soy un canal de la vida de Cristo (Joh 15:1, 5)
- Soy AMIGO de Cristo (Joh 15:15)
- Soy escogido y comisionado por Cristo para rendir FRUTO (Joh 15:16)
- Soy ESCLAVO de JUSTICIA (Rom 6:18) Soy ESCLAVO de Dios (Rom 6:22)
- Soy HIJO de Dios, Dios es mi PADRE ESPIRITUAL (Rom 8:14,15; Gal 3:26, 4:26)
- Soy COHEREDERO con Cristo, compartiendo Su herencia con Él (Rom 8:17)
- Soy TEMPLO -- un lugar de habitación -- de Dios. Su espíritu y su vida habitan en mi
(1Cor3:16, 6:15)
- Estoy UNIDO al Señor, y soy UN ESPÍRITU CON ÉL (1Cor 6:17).
- Soy MIEMBRO del CUERPO de Cristo (1Cor 12:27; Eph 5:30)
- Soy NUEVA CREACIÓN (2Co 5:17)
- Estoy RECONCILIADO con Dios y soy un MINISTRO DE RECONCILIACIÓN (2Co 5:18-19)
- Soy HIJO DE DIOS y estoy REVESTIDO EN CRISTO (Gal 3:26)
- Soy UNO EN CRISTO (Gal 3:28)
- Soy HEREDERO de Dios, porque soy Hijo de Dios (Gal 4:6-7)
- Soy SANTO (Eph 1:1, 1Co 1:2; Phi 1:1; Col 1:2)
- Soy HECHURA de Dios, CREADO en Cristo, para SUS OBRAS (Eph 2:10)
- Soy CONCIUDADANO de los santos (Eph 2:19).
- Soy PRISIONERO de Cristo (Eph 3:1, 4:1)
- Soy verdadera JUSTICIA y SANTIDAD (Eph 4:24)
- Soy CIUDADANO DEL CIELO, sentado EN EL CIELO ahora mismo (Phi 3:20; Eph 2:6)
- Estoy ESCONDIDO con Cristo en Dios (Col 3:3)
- Soy una EXPRESIÓN de la VIDA DE CRISTO, porque Él es mi vida (Col 3:4)
- Soy ESCOGIDO de Dios, santo y muy amado (Col 3:12; 1Th 1:4)
- Soy HIJO DE LUZ y no de la oscuridad (1Th 5:5)
- Soy PARTÍCIPE del LLAMAMIENTO ESPIRITUAL (Heb 3:1)
- Soy PARTÍCIPE de Cristo, comparto su vida (Heb 3:14)
- Soy una de las PIEDRAS VIVAS, siendo construidas en Cristo para una casa espiritual

 - Soy miembro de un LINAJE ESCOGIDO, REAL SACERDOCIO NACIÓN SANTA, del pueblo
que PERTENECE A DIOS (1 Pet 2:9-10)
- Soy PEREGRINO Y EXTRANJERO en este mundo en el cual habito temporalmente. (1 Pet
2:11)
- Soy ENEMIGO del DIABLO (1Pet 5:8)
- Soy HIJO DE DIOS y SERÉ COMO ÉL en el futuro (1Jn 3:1-2)
- Soy NACIDO DE DIOS y el maligno -- el Diablo -- no me puede tocar (1Jn 5:18)

Como estoy en Cristo, por la gracia de Dios:

- He sido JUSTIFICADO, completamente perdonado y hecho justo (Rom 5:1)
- He MUERTO en Cristo y he MUERTO AL PODER DEL PECADO a que gobierne mi vida
(Rom 6:1-6)
- He sido LIBERADO DE TODA CONDENACIÓN por siempre (Rom 8:1)
- He sido UNIDO A CRISTO por obra de Dios (1Cor 1:30)
- He recibido el ESPÍRITU DE DIOS en mi vida para entender lo que por gracia él me ha
concedido (1Cor 2:12)
- He recibido LA MENTE DE CRISTO (1Cor 2:12)
- He sido COMPRADO POR UN PRECIO, no soy mi propio dueño, pertenezco a Dios
(1Cor6:19-20)
- He sido ESTABLECIDO, UNGIDO y SELLADO por Dios en Cristo, y he recibido al Espíritu
Santo que GARANTIZA mi herencia venidera (2Cor 1:21, Eph 1:13-14)
- He muerto en Cristo, por tanto ya no vivo para mi mismo, sino que VIVO PARA CRISTO
(2Co 5:14-15,21)
- He sido CRUCIFICADO CON CRISTO, ya no vivo yo sino que CRISTO VIVE EN MI. Ahora
estoy VIVIENDO LA VIDA DE CRISTO (Gal 2:20)
- He sido bendecido con TODA BENDICIÓN ESPIRITUAL (Eph 1:3)
- Fui ESCOGIDO en Cristo antes de la creación del mundo para ser santo y sin mancha
delante de él. (Eph 1:4)
- Fui PREDESTINADO -- determinado de antemano por Dios -- para ser ADOPTADO COMO
HIJO de Dios (Eph 1:5)
- He sido REDIMIDO y he recibido PERDÓN, y soy receptor de su ABUNDANTE GRACIA
(Eph 1:6-8)
- He recibido VIDA con Cristo (Eph 2:5)
- He sido RESUCITADO y estoy SENTADO CON ÉL en regiones celestiales (Eph 2:6)
- Tengo ACCESO DIRECTO AL PADRE a través del Espíritu (Eph 2:18)
- Puedo ACERCARME a Dios con FE, LIBERTAD y CONFIANZA (Eph 3:12)
- He sido LIBERADO del reino de la oscuridad y he sido TRASLADADO AL REINO DE
CRISTO (Col 1.13)
- He sido REDIMIDO y se me han PERDONADO TODOS MIS PECADOS (Col 1:14)
- Cristo mismo ESTÁ EN MI (Col 1:27)
- Estoy ARRAIGADO en Cristo y ahora estoy siendo EDIFICADO en Él (Col 2:7)
- He sido SEPULTADO, RESUCITADO y tengo VIDA en Cristo (Col 2:12)
- He muerto en Cristo y mi VIDA ESTÁ ESCONDIDA con Cristo en Dios. Cristo ahora ES MI
VIDA (Col 3:1-4)
- He recibido un espíritu de PODER, de AMOR y de DOMINIO PROPIO (2 Tim 1:7)
- He sido SALVADO y APARTADO por la obra misma de Dios (2 Tim 1:9; Titus 3:5)
 - Como he SIDO SANTIFICADO y soy uno con el que santifica, Jesús no se avergüenza de
LLAMARME HERMANO (Heb 2:11)
- Tengo el derecho de ACERCARME CONFIADAMENTE AL TRONO de la gracia para recibir

The Christian's Scriptural Identity and Position

The following statements summarize your scriptural identity and position in Christ and form the
foundation for your freedom in Christ. Read these statements aloud often. If you are presently
involved in a spiritual conflict, read these statements aloud at least once each day for a month.
WHO AM I?
Exodus
I am not the great "I am" (3:14; John 8:24,28,58), but by the grace of God, I am what I am
(1Corinthians 15:10).
Matthew
I am the salt of the earth (5:13). I am the light of the world (5:14).
John
I am a child of God (1:12).
I am part of the true vine, a channel of Christ's life (15:1,5).
I am Christ's friend (15:15).
I am chosen and appointed by Christ to bear His fruit (15:16).

Romans
I am a slave of righteousness (6:18). I am enslaved to God (6:22).
I am a son of God; God is spiritually my Father (8:14,15; Galatians 3:26; 4:6).
I am a joint heir with Christ, sharing His inheritance with Him (8:17).
1 Corinthians
I am a temple—a dwelling place—of God. His Spirit and His life dwell in me (3:16; 6:19).
I am united to the Lord and am one spirit with Him (6:17). I am a member of Christ's body
(12:27; Ephesians 5:30).
2 Corinthians
I am a new creation (5:17).
I am reconciled to God and am a minister of reconciliation (5:18,19).
Galatians
I am a son of God and one in Christ (3:26,28).
I am an heir of God since I am a son of God (4:6,7).
Ephesians
I am a saint (1:1; 1 Corinthians 1:2; Philippians 1:1; Colossians 1:2).
I am God's workmanship—His handiwork—born anew in Christ to do His work (2:10).
I am a fellow citizen with the rest of God's family (2:19). I am a prisoner of Christ (3:1; 4:1). I am
righteous and holy (4:24).
Philippians
I am a citizen of heaven, seated in heaven right now (3:20; Ephesians 2:6).
Colossians
I am hidden with Christ in God (3:3).
I am an expression of the life of Christ because He is my life (3:4).
I am chosen of God, holy and dearly loved (3:12; 1 Thes-salonians 1:4).
1 Thessalonians
I am a son of light and not of darkness (5:5).
Hebrews
I am a holy partaker of a heavenly calling (3:1). I am a partaker of Christ; I share in His life
(3:14).
1 Peter
I am one of God's living stones, being built up in Christ as a spiritual house (2:5).
I am a member of a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own
possession (2:9,10).
I am an alien and stranger to this world in which I temporarily live (2:11). I am an enemy of the
devil (5:8).
I John
I am a child of God and I will resemble Christ when He returns (3:1,2).
I am born of God, and the evil one—the devil—cannot touch me (5:18).

SINCE I AM IN CHRIST, BY THE GRACE OF GOD...

Romans
I have been justified—completely forgiven and made righteous (5:1).
I died with Christ and died to the power of sin's rule over my life (6:1-6).
I am free forever from condemnation (8:1).
1 Corinthians
I have been placed into Christ by God's doing (1:30).
I have received the Spirit of God into my life that I might know the things freely given to me by
God (2:12).
I have been given the mind of Christ (2:16).
I have been bought with a price; I am not my own; I belong to God (6:19,20).
2 Corinthians
I have been established, anointed, and sealed by God in Christ, and I have been given the Holy
Spirit as a pledge guaranteeing my inheritance to come (1:21; Ephesians 1:13,14).
Since I have died, I no longer live for myself, but for Christ (5:14,15) I have been made
righteous (5:21).
Galatians
I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I
am now living is Christ's life (2:20).
Ephesians
I have been blessed with every spiritual blessing (1:3).
I was chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy, and I am without blame
before Him (1:4).
I was predestined—determined by God—to be adopted as God's son (1:5).
I have been redeemed and forgiven, and I am a recipient of His lavish grace (1:6-8).
I have been made alive together with Christ (2:5).
I have been raised up and seated with Christ in heaven (2:6).
I have direct access to God through the Spirit (2:18).
I may approach God with boldness, freedom, and confidence (3:12).
Colossians
I have been rescued from the domain of Satan's rule and transferred to the kingdom of Christ
(1:13).
I have been redeemed and forgiven of all my sins. The debt against me has been canceled
(1:14).
Christ Himself is in me (1:27).
I am firmly rooted in Christ and am now being built up in Him (2:7).
I have been made complete in Christ (2:10).
I have been buried, raised, and made alive with Christ (2:12,13).
I died with Christ and I have been raised up with Christ. My life is now hidden with Christ in God.
Christ is now my life (3:1-4).
2 Timothy
I have been given a Spirit of power, love, and self-discipline (1:7).
I have been saved and set apart according to God's doing (1:9; Titus 3:5).
Hebrews
Because I am sanctified and am one with the Sanctifier, He is not ashamed to call me His
brother (2:11).
I have the right to come boldly before the throne of God to receive mercy and find grace to help
in time of need (4:16).
2 Peter
I have been given precious and magnificent promises by God, by which I am a partaker of
God's divine nature (1:4).

● Lea primero la narración de la p71: LA BRILLANTE ARMADURA EN LA PARED (por error el

título quedó en la pag 70)
● Dios proveyó para nosotros una armadura para la guerra. Él quiere que la usemos. (Pags 69
y 70)
● Para leer las escrituras asignadas puede repartirlas entre los participantes.
● Cada parte de la armadura apunta a DIOS mismo: ya sea en la persona de
JesuCristo, su Espíritu Santo o su Palabra - Recordemos que Jesús es la Palabra.
○ Nos revestimos de EL para pelear.
○ El es el Centro de todo lo que hacemos.
● En el caso del apartado VI. Espada del Espíritu, punto D :
○ aunque la escritura de 1Ped 3:15 es válida en este apartado para estar
preparados para hablar la Palabra con mansedumbre y saber explicar lo que creemos,
no pienso que sea la escritura más apropiada para argumentar que “luchemos” con la
Palabra
○ Para este concepto de “Luchar” en ofensiva y responder al maligno con la
escritura considero más apropiado el texto de Luc 4:1-13 (y sus textos
paralelos en Mateo y Marcos). Jesús respondió a la prueba (o tentación)
 con la Palabra de Dios.

Oren pidiendo al Señor que siempre andemos con nuestra armadura. Que El ponga en
nosotros pasión por Él, por su Reino, su Espíritu Santo y su Palabra.

● Comprender la naturaleza de Satanás, su caída y cómo se corrompió la sabiduría que

tenía nos ayuda a abrir los ojos y entender que lo único que podemos esperar de él es
engaño, corrupción y violencia.
○ El quitó la mirada de Dios y la puso en sí mismo.
○ Entender esto nos ayuda a crecer y ser "astutos" para no recibir sus
mentiras.
○ Nos ayuda a enfocarnos en Jesús y a buscar amar la verdad.
○ Nosotros somos semejanza de Dios, él nos dio dominio y bendición.
● Repasen estas escrituras: Is 14:12-15, Ezeq 28:11-17a, Gen 3:15, Col 2:15,Jn 8:44 y
10:10
