1. The meeting started at 9:00 Am with greetings. The meeting was held at Grade 7-MAKADIYOS
classroom.
2. Mrs. Celine Joy R. Ajero, adviser together with her co-adviser Ms. Mary Ann R. De Villa,
recalled the rules and regulations of the school.
3. The adviser also reminds the parents about the PSA authenticated Birth certificate of their
children.
4. The elections of officers were formally open and led by the adviser.

1. The meeting started at 3:00pm with a prayer led by Mrs. Joana Mariel C. Magadia. The meeting was
held at the faculty room.
2. Mr. Jonathan A. Abrenica, Teacher in Charge, gave his remarks regarding the scheduling of classroom
observation. He also listed down the school activities to avoid conflict with classroom observation.
3. The classroom observation will start on the 2nd week of September. The teachers are free to choose the
date for their classroom observation.
4. The District meet will be on September 18-21, 2018 at Conrazon High School. Sept. 18 will be day zero
for checking of documents. The following teachers will be in- charge in the following events and other
committee:
a. Athletics- Ms. Jane Anson V. Mendoza and Ms. Khryss Jan Mae Aguilar
b. Badminton-Mrs. Celine Joy R. Ajero
c. Chess- Ms. Mary Ann R. De Villa
d. Takraw- Mrs. Joana Mariel C. Magadia
e. Basketball Boys and Girls: Ms. Manilyn Pacia
f. Volleyball Girls and Boys: Mrs. Ederlyn N. Leuterio and Ms. Ariane Jane D. Cueto
5. The Team supervisor is Mr. Jonathan A. Abrenica, Teacher in Charge
6. The members of the medical team

7. Players will ride on the vehicle hired by the school.
8. There will be a practice every 3pm every day.

13. The budget for the District Meet will be coming from PTA collection.
14. The teachers must inform Ms. Manilyn Pacia if the students have problems with their grades.
15. The players and teachers will room at Conrazon High School during night and day.
16. Classes will be shortened to give way to the trainings of the athletes.
17. The teachers will wear the “malo shirt” during the parade.
18. Mr. Jonathan A. Abrenica, TIC, advised everyone to read the evaluation form for classroom observation
in order to know what to do during the observation.
