COMPANY OVERVIEW

Company Summary:​ ​IoTism was born to solve an identified problem at two ends. We start the journey
by building “ Refil – Smart Containers “ to automate grocery buying at Urban living.
The potential of this next technological revolution called IoT is infinite. We need to look closely at the
ecosystem and create innovative solution to simplify complex ways of doing things. Our job is to build a
strong and sweet bridges that makes consumers and businesses happy. We will be focussing to develop
stop gates to a human routine, that if automated can save time and energy of the consumer.

IoTism as it sounds must become a religion. We are geared towards making this dream, a reality!

Company History:​ ​1 Nov’17 - Imagined a smart grocery container that can monitor weight of items and
place an order automatically to the online retailer and get it delivered in usual ecommerce standards.
Sounds like a plan, a company, a small group of dreamers can build this.

Reached out to immediate tech connections I had. Found a group of 3 and we met that evening to
discuss this business idea. I explained the problem and solution, they liked it and we decided that we
must pursue this. We did the initial research and figured out we need hardware & electronic expertise.
Found my tennis buddy who runs an IoT company to build my RPT.

PROGRESS TILL NOW:

- We got the POC built in 2 weeks and participated in FUNDING Carnival by TiE Coimbatore in mid
Feb-Mar 31’18. 2 months later we received “Letter of Intent” as a result of the TiE event and we
are now a part of the NIDHI PRAYAS Scheme by Govt. of India.
- Concept design finalised.
- Working on hardware and electronic specs.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION | REFIL – NO MORE ORDERING

Refil Smart Containers fundamentally work on level sensors that periodically monitors the level and
passes data to our server using BT & Wi-Fi modules. Our database with dynamic algorithm of every
unique customer, decides on the action and places order to preferred retailer and gets it delivered at the
preferred time slot.

Our smart containers are going to sweep them off their feet by doing all it takes automatically. It is just a
one time installation and beyond that any / every change can be made in a user friendly mobile app that is
shipped along with the containers.

Product Overview:

REFIL Smart Containers come with a tag line ‘ No More Ordering ‘. Here is the work flow for this specific
use case that we are building now:

- Customer signs up to Smart Containers for getting regular dosa/idli batter.

- Customer will be given a container of batter on first purchase with a mobile app to be installed
and one time set up / sign up done.
- Our smart lid monitors the level data periodically on defined timelines ( Ex: every 3 hours ) and
sends the data to mobile app via Bluetooth.
- Whenever the users mobile phone is in a specific location ( home), BT on mobile will
automatically turn on and when the user opens the fridge the data is being transferred to the
mobile app.
- App will transfer realtime data to servers and as per the order preference of the customer
corresponding batter will be delivered fresh and healthy.
