HOW TO USE THIS ON-BOARDING KIT?

All new hires must undergo an Orientation scheduled by the HR Business Partners. All
necessary accomplishments and signed documents on the employee's Orientation Day and
1st week of deployment must be consolidated.

All new hires are required to undergo their Training Period, starting from their first day of
deployment, where they will be trained to master the necessary skills and competencies
relevant to their job. After their Training Period, they will be evaluated by their Trainer/Peer
Mentor. Note that this is not a Performance Evaluation for regularization of the employees.
Rather, this a Training Evaluation to know which aspect of the employees' performance that
needs further improvement.

All new hires will be given the SMILE! On-Boarding Checklist for them to accomplish. This
checklist will help them and their Peer Mentors to monitor and track their progress all
throughout the new employees' Probationary Period.

All new hires are also required to take the Code of Discipline Exam, Training Online Exam, and
Product Knowledge Exam to evaluate their knowledge regarding the company and their
respective roles. Results must be screen captured as proof of their scores.

Once you received this file, you may log in to our portal (portal.mitsukoshimotors.com) and go
to Human Resource Forms where you can download the On-Boarding Kit for each position. For
Branch Manager, kindly request it to Talent Development Department.
