Starter RECALL PRIOR KNOWLEDGE (5 mins)
1. Teacher recalls students’ prior knowledge about information transfer.
2. Teacher states learning objective for today.
Main Activity 1: (50 minutes)
Activities 1. Teacher distributes two text to students.
2. Some students read aloud the text while the rest listen and refer to the text.
3. Students find and write down the meaning for certain unfamiliar words in their book.
4. Teacher asks students to copy two graphic organiser and find the meaning within the text given.
5. Their answer must be specific to the answer and not over-lifting.
6. Teacher asks students to state their answer.
Plenary Activity Name (5 mins)
Teacher reminds students to be alert in choosing the answer from the text and transfer them into graphic
organiser.
