past years to give you a taste of how your actual internship
will look like and how you need to prepare for the same
Consumer Behaviour

• Competitor benchmarking for all business units across major players


• Measure customer weight against brand preference, features and
promotional strategies
• Derive insights through interaction with trade partners across
Exclusive, Multi Brand and Tier 3 stores
• Develop feedback measures to improve customer footfall resulting in
increased daily sales
• Develop and test possible positioning concepts at multiple locations,
and recommend a holistic marketing plan
MARKET RESEARCH

• Conduct market survey of mid-market enterprises to gauge customer


awareness & brand preference
• Conduct research to build a database of xx companies to launch Mid-
Market (MM) engine for XX SMB Unit
• Identify XX high potential customers after segmentation, profiling &
quantitative analysis of database
• Develop a mathematical model to estimate customers’ buying power
& created Tableau dashboard
CHANNEL PRODUCTIVITY

• Analyze premium mix and retail productivity in the West


• Deep dive the premium consumer and isolate the triggers and
barriers to purchase
• Using this data formulate the strategy to modify the in-store layouts
and staff trainings and customer engagement and feedbacks

• Benchmark XX’s offerings (in Laptop segment) against the competitors
and highlighted the value proposition of its products
