(_5___minutes) The teachers ask the learners of what are they doing, how can this activity help them and how
are they going to apply in their daily life style
4.4 Abstraction Summarize the learning insights of the students based on the certain activity and then
(__15__minutes) followed by discussing the teacher about the concept of health-related fitness and what are
factor that can boost their self-confidence and self-assessment.
Teachers will ask the learners about their learning insights through Think-Pair Share
4.7 Assignment List down the different exercises which are 5 Cardio and 5 Dynamic Stretches
