Salary: £19,412
4. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a responsive friendly service to all learners, staff and visitors in a confidential and
professional manner with an emphasis on customer care.
Contribute to the effective and efficient processing of student data.
Participate in staff training and development as required.
Have a flexible approach to your work and nurture a cooperative, learner centred working
environment.
5. ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The role sits within the wider MIS team and will work under the guidance of a designated
MIS Supervisor. Due to the nature of the role, MIS Administrators will also work closely
with members of the faculty management team and curricular staff.
6. WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Physical
The post is office based and may require travel between campuses.
ICT skills required for production of paperwork, reports and e-communication.
Mental
Frequent interruptions to work, which require work priorities to be reviewed.
Dealing with range of unrelated issues simultaneously.
Emotional
Dealing with periods of high workload.
Maintaining a measured and professional attitude and approach at all times.
MIS Administrator

The MIS Administrators will report to the MISA Supervisors. They will also work with the
wider MIS team and with faculty staff, to support MIS activity.
