 Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple
and concise manner.
 Assist in the preparation of tenders by providing management system related documents.
 Train all company personnel in the documented company policies
 Identify relevant legislative requirements.
 Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
 Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits
 Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform
tasks.
 Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and
incidents
 Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

 Employee grievance handling solutions to concerns and issues.


 Formulating and implementing HR policies and modifying existing ones in conjunction with the
Industry best practices.

Employee Development (R&R reward and recognition)

 Designing and implementing Employee Development Plans for HPHP (High Potential and High
Performance) and R&R policy for employees.
 Monitoring the progress as per the plan and restructuring the plan if required. Restructuring the
Rewards Program as per the organization values and units.

Training and Development (T&D)


 Training Need Identification for New Joinees on the product/technology modules and existing
employees on technical, behavioral and product/ technology knowledge.
 Preparing the Annual and monthly calendar and continuously improving the training process by
collecting regular feedbacks and generating reports.
