and the entrepreneur himself Nandram Ramsaroop. Master’s bait and tackle sell all
parts for a fishing adventure.

Master’s bait and tackle is one of a kind and is run not only by Ramsaroop(owner)
but also his manager following his other employees and three security guards. This
company will be offering different types of fishing rods and parts that will meet
your needs.

Ramsaroop is the manager of the company, with one employee who will be selling
the parts and three security guards. Master’s bait and tackle will be offering the
best parts for a fishing rod and employees to assist in choosing the best products
and parts to suit your needs.

Master’s bait and tackle will offer a wide range of services and products at an
affordable price.

These services are:

1. Providing quality parts to customers.

2. Selling parts at best prices.
3. Two weeks’ warrants will be provided for the parts or rod you purchase.

These services will be offered to customers in Berbice and country wide. You can

Market and competition

Master’s bait and tackle parts will create better job opportunities for persons in the
area and will help in the development of the country.

Marketing of service
Master’s bait and tackle want to provide the best services for customers, and will
be focusing on the person in the East Berbice area and country wide at large.

 OPERATING PLAN
Master’s Bait And Tackle will be open on Monday to Saturday from 7:30am –
5:30pm, on Sunday it will open 9:00am – 3:00pm.

The owner will provide lunch on the first Monday and Sunday of every month.
Extra pay will be provided to all employees working on Sundays.

The building is divided into four (4) sections the factory is towards the back
section of the building. There is where the assembling of the fishing rod happens.

They are many departments. The designing department are responsible for the
fishing rod design, the building and assembling is done in the assembling section
and the packing and shipping is done in the manufacturing section. The building
and assembling usually takes 4-5 hours for the fishing rod.
Financing of Master’s Bait And Tackle

Master’s Bait And Tackle will like to borrow a loan of $400,000 from the Citizen
Bank and pay it back within 8 months

The business plans for repaying the loan is that our expected profit for one month
is $150,000 and from that profit we will give the bank fifty percent (50%) every
month so within 8 months the loan will be cleared.

 REFLECTION
In concluding, the SBA major topic was Agriculture. My design on the fishing rod is the
compartment at the top of the fishing rod. For this SBA, I am personally assessing a mark of
110marks out of 120marks.

and knowledge to do the SBA. The researcher would also like to thank the teacher
