Contract of Artist For Live Performance

This agreement is made on the …………………………… between M/s Royal Dreams

Productions, having its operating office at TF – 04, 3rd Floor, Central Square Mall,
Gumanpura, Kota – 324006, Rajasthan (India) through its authorized director Mr. Avadesh
Gurjar & Anup Jaiswal, of the one part hereinafter referred as “PRODUCER” and shall
include its assigns, successors, executors, representatives, administrators, nominees, assigns,
etc.
AND
Mr./Ms. Jabir Singh aged about 25 S/o / D/o Mr. Gurdeep Singh who is duly represented by
Ms./Mr. Jey Bee Rapper hereinafter referred to as the “ARTIST” shall mean and includes the
successors, executors, representatives, administrators, assignees, nominees, legal heirs, etc. of
the second party.

ARTICLE 1 - Object

Mr. / Mrs. / Ms. Jasbir Singh is hired as Artist to participate in the live performance of

whosoever for 5 Years

ARTICLE 2 - Date and Time of Contract

Date: /04/2017

Time: 5 years (8/4/2017 – 8/4/2022)

ARTICLE 3 - Punctuality

The ARTIST must be at the place of live performance at the scheduled time.

ARTICLE 4 - Remuneration

The ARTIST shall receive remuneration from the CLIENT (or Producer’s responsibility) for live

performance.

ARTICLE 5 - Travel, Accommodation Expenses

Travel, Accommodation Expenses of the ARTIST and Crew shall be paid by CLIENT (or

Producer’s responsibility)

ARTICLE 6 - Recordings and Radio or Television broadcast

The Producer has all rights to record and broadcast on Radio, Television and Social Sites of a

live performance of ARTIST.

ARTICLE 7 – Dispute Resolution

The parties shall inform each other of any change of address. In the case of any dispute, the

Kota (Rajasthan) court of justice will be the jurisdiction.

All the dispute between the parties in the agreement if possible will try to settle peacefully after

giving the reasonable time to defense to the other party.

Both the parties of the agreement are understood above terms and binding upon each

other till the effectiveness if this agreement and signed on each page of this agreement

in the presence of the given witness.
