How to Access Student Central
• Go to www.feu.edu.ph
• Click on 3 horizontal bars on
the upper left
• Select Student Central
How to Access Student Central
• Enter Account ID/Email, default is your Student
Number followed by @feu.edu.ph
• Click Next

• If system us not busy,


click “Yes, I would like to
continue.
Note: “Schedule My Access” may be
selected if accessing at a later
day/time
How to Access Student Central
• If system is busy, enter date and time to schedule an
access
• On the scheduled date and time, system will be
accessible and will require your password

ENROLLMENT METHODS:
• Free Course Selection – Free Enrollment or selection of course one by one
• Batch Enrollment – Block Enrollment (for Regular students only)
• Fixed Batch Enrollment – Institute assigned batch (not applicable for first year students)
• Cross Enrollment – students from other school enrolling in FEU (undergo admission process)
Enrollment Eligibility
Requirements for students to be allowed to access the enrollment:

1. Students without Outstanding Balance


• Note: Threshold of Php100 or less
2. Students without Academic Holds
3. Students who are scheduled for enrollment

1. Go to Manage Enrollment >>


Enrollment >> Enroll

2. Select Enrollment Method
• Regular Students – choose Batch Enrollment
• Irregular Students – choose Free Course Selection

Note: Curriculum may be used as reference of course to enroll. Message will be shown if student is not allowed to enroll.

3. Enrollment Page will show:
• Credit Limits – allowable units for
enrollment (based on year level and
curriculum)
• Year Level
• List of allowed courses to enroll
 Courses belonging to the year level of
student and the current semester and
deficiency courses
 Courses with completed pre-requisites
 Courses that are offered

4. For Batch Enrollment, select batch
name in the upper right corner

Course in the selected batch will be shown


in calendar view. Click Next.

For Free Course Selection method, select course
to enroll.

Select section and schedule.

Course/s selected will be shown in


calendar view. Click Next.

5. Charges will be shown. Click
Enroll to confirm transaction.
Then, notification will be
shown.

6. Check schedule in Overview Tab >> View Schedule Portlet. Select Academic Year
and Term of schedule to be viewed.

6. Payment of tuition fee.
Note: Enrollment will be processed within 24 hours and will only get approved if minimum
down payment is settled or promissory note is approved.

7. Printing of COR thru Student


Reports >> COR >> My
COR. Select Academic Year
and Term, then click Print.
Note: Only students with approved/billed
enrollment will be allowed to print COR.

• Enrollment-related requests like
Overload, Simultaneous, Cross-
Enrollment, Shifting Request,
Returning, etc.
• Fill-out online form, then submit
• Requires approval or permission

Note: Students with only one course enrolled
must use Cancellation Request

• Sibling Discount Request
 Used to avail discount for siblings who are
both enrolled in a semester
 Request to be applied by the Eldest Sibling
 Proceed to the Treasurer’s Office for
submission of requirements and approval
 Photocopy of current semester COR's / Schedules
of all siblings
 Photocopy of Birth Certificate of all siblings (for
New Applicants only)
 If there are discrepancies between the data entered
in the birth certificate of the siblings (eg Date of
marriage or name of parents) an Affidavit executed
by one or both parents should be submitted.

My Grades

• Click +Filters to view grades per Academic Year and Term.


Quick Sort can also be set to view recently created/modified
grades.
My Curriculum
• Checklist for student
to keep track of
pending courses to
complete program of
study.
• Advised to be
reviewed prior to
enrollment to know
what courses to be
enrolled.
My Academic Holds

• Academic Holds are impediments like library fines, discipline cases, pending
documents, etc. which needs to be cleared prior to enrollment. Students with
pending holds will not be allowed to access enrollment.
• To clear holds, proceed to respective Department stated in Academic Hold List
My COR

• Student’s Certificate of
Registration
• Shows Class Schedule and
charges
• Can only be printed once
enrolled is Billed (down payment
paid or promissory note approved)
