About School Integrated Program (SIP)
School Integrated Program (SIP) is a program in which the students of classes VII to XI will be screened and a
separate section will be formed. These students will be taught by highly experienced and qualified faculty of
Physics, Chemistry, Biology& Mathematics. These faculty members specialize in preparing students for
various competitive examinations. This entire program will run within the school hours. The highlights of
School Integrated Program are:

• A study program with a synergetic approach to both the School / Board studies as well as IIT-JEE &
other competitive & entrance examinations.

• A study program that eases out the pressure on students through meticulous time management and
planning, thus creating a perfect balance between preparation for boards, school exams, competitive
examinations as well as giving sufficient time for self-study and extra-curricular activities.

Fruitful Association
Students enrolling in this program will have an integrated study plan wherein they will be prepared for both
school / board as well as competitive exams by Study Vault. This would mean that the students would not be
going through two separate schedules and classes for the same subject.

Meticulous execution
The School Integrated Program enables students to imbibe fundamental concepts of Science and
Mathematics by sharpening their analytical and parallel thinking skills. This makes them capable of creatively
resolving complex and tricky problems by merely application of basic concepts.

Clockwork Precision
As this programme focuses on efficient time management, a separate time table will be made for students
enrolled under this programme i.e., Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics. All other subjects will be
taught by school teachers. These students will learn the school syllabus and prepare for the competitive
exams simultaneously. The primary focus will remain on C.B.S.E. and they will also be appearing in all the
school tests. The expert faculty team will follow the school session plan for C.B.S.E. and will also prepare the
students for other competitive and entrance examinations.

Mentoring with Passion
We have a panel of highly experienced and qualified full-time faculty from various institutions like IITs, NITs and other
reputed institutions. These faculty members have been teaching for years and have produced many IITians, and other
scholars while working with some of the leading coaching institutions in the country.

Personalized Attention
The batch size of a section would not exceed 40-42 students, this facilitates proper student-faculty interaction. The
faculty of this program will be available on every Saturday for extra classes and doubt sessions etc. Hence, there will
never be a problem for any student in clearing their doubts. This will also save their time of taking help from other
teachers or opting for any other classes for these subjects.

Overall Comprehension
A comprehensive study material will be provided to all the students in this program. This study material has been
specially designed by the Study Vault faculty after intensive research and caters to the individual interests of the
learners. It will not only help them grasp the basic concepts of each topic in a simplified and clear manner but also
enable them to tackle complex advanced problems with ease and confidence.

Feedback& Felicitation
A detailed performance report is issued online after every Progressive Test (PT). We conduct Parent's Teacher Meet
(PTM) after every quarter, however, parents can share feedback anytime through their personal online account on
our website. Parents can also visit their respective centres by taking an appointment according to their convenience.

Classes during Summer Vacation

To prepare students thoroughly for competitive exams and to complete the syllabus before these exams, we conduct
classes five days a week during the entire summer vacation. These classes are mandatory for all those who have
enrolled with SIP. School bus/transport facility will not be available during these classes. Students will be given one
week summer break in the 1st week of June. All parents are requested to plan their holidays accordingly. School
transport will not be provided during summer break classes, any extra classes, and doubt sessions.

Fee Refund Policy

The Fee for any course is charged in installment and the details are mentioned in the brochure. Fee once paid is non-
refundable and non-transferable. Parents/students, can opt to withdraw from the course after one academic session,
and will not be liable to pay any fees further.

 THE ROADMAP

 STEP-1 Entrance Process
An entrance test will be conducted on Friday, 26th October, 2018. Based on the performance in the Entrance
cum Scholarship test, students will get to know their School Rank and Zonal Rank. School Rank is rewarded to
a student on the basis of the result evaluation among the students appeared from their respective school.
However, the Zonal Rank is rewarded based on the evaluation of all the students appeared in the exam across
Delhi/ NCR. Admission to the course will be granted on the merit list based on school rank.

STEP-2 Result Declaration and Admission Process

The results will be announced on the Study Vault website (www.studyvault.in) and on the School's notice
board, on Monday 12th November, 2018. All the students appearing in this test can check their results online
and could see a scanned copy of their Original Answer (OMR) sheet along with a detailed performance
report. Selected students will have a letter of selection, mentioning the further process of admission. The last

date of admission is Friday, 30 November, 2018. Admission to the selected students will be provided on first
come first serve basis as there are limited seats in the program.

STEP-3
Scholarship Details
Scholarships will be awarded to both the School Rank and Zonal Rank achievers, based on the criteria
mentioned in the brochure. Students achieving both School and Zonal Rank will be eligible for both the
rewards. The eligibility for scholarships is only valid for students enrolling in the courses of Study Vault. A
PROCESS TO FOLLOW...

minimum of sixty percent (60%) of total marks are mandatory to be eligible for scholarship apart from the
rank. Scholarships will be rewarded by cheque in favor of the student and scholarship is subject to 85% of
attendance in the enrolled course programme.

STEP-4 Batch Formation and Time-Table

A separate section is formed with the enrolled students and a different time-table is designed for this section.
The time-table for class VIII, IX & X is designed in such a way that one hour of Mathematics and one hour of
Science classes are scheduled for at least four days in a week. For class XI & XII, there are four hours of classes
scheduled for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for at least three-four days in a week. Except for
Mathematics and Science all other subjects will be taught by the school teachers. The students will learn the
NCERT (school syllabus as per school guidelines) along with competitive exams preparation. The expert team
of faculty members will focus on the NCERT, basic foundation, in-depth concept knowledge and will also
prepare the students for other competitive exams that they are aspiring for.
STEP-5 Orientation for Parents
Before starting a new academic session, an orientation program is organized for all the new
parents. In this orientation program, each parent will have a detailed information on how does the
School Integrated Program (SIP) function. An insight of the entire annual process is discussed along
with the faculty introduction. A detailed annual academic calendar is provided to all the parents. It
is a very important event and it is mandatory for all the parents of the enrolled students.

Apart from this teaching process, we also have a strong system of testing and doubt clearing. There
are various kinds of tests to evaluate the child from subjective and objective point of view. We also
have a strong doubt session system that enables each student to address their doubt at the right
time. Children can ask doubts during free time in the school, can stay back after school or can come
on any Saturday which is a fixed doubt session day.

This course has been designed to empower students for National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) and will also help them score
well in other competitive examinations and develop sound foundation for Mathematics and Science. The program trains students
of class X in Science, Mathematics and Mental Ability from the basic level and equips them with skills to apply the concepts for
solving higher level problems. The NTSE specific training not only equips the students to face the prestigious exam well, but also
enhances their scholastic capabilities. As you are aware NTSE scholars are awarded scholarship all through their academic career
and it is also a step forward towards greater academic plans and achievements. Students enrolling in this program perform
