CONCEPT
Pick – a – Burger offers different types of burgers with unique and satisfying
tastes. Customers are free to pick burgers that is named from different
“pokemon “ characters, related to the flavor they want at a reasonable price. The
idea was made after many played the popular game “ Pokemon Go”. In relation to
this, the restaurant also gives free lure potion, health potion, and incense to the
costumer who are free to play the game inside the establishments, and we also
serve arcades and different pokemon styles that gurantees the feeling of
enjoyment and unforgettable experience.

1. To gain at least half/ 50% of the investment for the first year

1. To serve delicious and variety of burgers as well as the enjoyment that the
costumers can get inside the restaurant and during our service.

The pick a burger restaurant will hire 1 nice cashier for Php 9,000 per month, 3
joyful and energetic waiters/waitresses for Php 10,000 each per month, 1
industrious janitors for Php 10,000 each per month, and 1 strict security guard for

Initial Plan
The Pick – a – Burger Restaurant will be located inside SM Dasmarinas, 2nd Floor.
There will be 2 mascot, Ask Ketchum and Pikachu, to attract and welcome
costumers. The whole concept will be based on the famous game Pokemon after
we ask for approval from GAME FREAK, the company of Pokemon, to allow us to
use their concept. The store will be opened during mall hours, Monday to Sunday.

Actual Plan
The Pick – a – Burger Restaurant will be located between NCST and EastWest
Bank , along Aguinaldo Highway. This location is ideal because it is near school,
loading and unloading zone, and has only few competitors. We suggest that we
will buy the lot instead of renting it. Construction will last for 3 months starting 1st
week of March and expected to open on Mid – June, which is ideal because of
opening classes. On the opening there will be a free taste of mini size burgers. To
get costumers’ attention, the presentation of shake would be relevant to
pokemon characters in a limited time only for the first month. But, if the demand
is high we will put it on the regular menu

Future Plan
After the first month, a Buy – one – take – one Promo will be implemented on
every weekends of July for a limited time of 1 pm to 4 pm. On the month of
August, a buffet style service will also be implemented. Costumers are free to
costumize their burgers with different flavors of unlimited orders for 1 hour at a
price of PhP 199. And after that, the promo that yield larger amount of profit will
remain and will be implemented for the next months.
On the half year operation the Pick – a – Burger will also offer a family size burger,
barkada challenge bucket/ bundle, serves as a food challenge to a group of
friends, eating the burger to the given time of 5 minutes, if they didn’t win they
will pay the package and if they win the package will be free.
On the first anniversary, another small branch of Pick – a – Burger will be opened
inside SM Pala-Pala.

Facilities
The Pick – a – Burger Restaurant provides a pleasing and entertaining atmosphere
inside the restaurant. The facilities are:
1. Air – conditioned restaurant and plays variety of pokemon songs in piano
version. Costumers are also free to request songs.
2. Offers a 7 set of 5 capacity tables, 3 set of tables with 3 seat capacity and
another 3 set of tables good for 2 persons and 2 individual seats. The chair
are pokeball inspired with relaxing foams.
3. Arcade station with 15 capacity
4. Free wifi for regular customers
5. A large spaced clean kitchen
6. Clean restroom for male and female customer
7. Free parking space for customer
On the first day, the restaurant will offer all the stated facilities and will start
upgrading the establishments as soon as possible.

Customer
Aguinaldo Highway, one of the most busy road in Dasmarinas in which many
different people can pass by just like students, employees, and those people who
live nearby. This is why we consider putting up a food business because of the
advantages we can also get. The location of the restaurant is also near the loading
and unloading zones of public vehicles and to some people who work near Pick –
a – Burger can visit the restaurant without difficulty.

The expected number of hamburger and other foods in the menu is 1250 at PhP
1 189 per set:
