RESUME

La Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores es una de las secretarías de estado que integran el denominado gabinete
legal del Presidente de México. Es el despacho del poder ejecutivo federal con funciones del Ministerio del
Exterior.
Es la encargada de diseñar, planear, ejecutar y coordinar las políticas públicas en materia de relaciones
exteriores. En México, la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público es una secretaría de estado de la
administración pública federal a cuyo encargo se encuentra todo lo relacionado con la recaudación tributaria,
administración financiera, y el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) es una Institución del gobierno
federal, autónoma y tripartita (Estado, Patrones y Trabajadores), dedicada a brindar servicios de salud y
seguridad social a la población que cuente con afiliación al propio instituto, llamada entonces asegurados y
derechohabientes. La presidenta municipal maneja datos e información provenientes de la comunidad y de las
demás unidades del ayuntamiento para la toma de decisiones; informa anualmente a la población y remite la
cuenta pública al congreso local. Como unidad responsable de la dirección política y administrativa del
municipio, es recomendable que la información de las diferentes unidades de la administración municipal sea
lo más verídico posible, con el fin de que las decisiones del presidente municipal sean mejores.

ABSTRACT

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is one of the state secretariats that make up the so-called legal office of the
President of Mexico. It is the office of the federal executive branch with functions of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs.
It is responsible for designing, planning, executing and coordinating public policies on foreign affairs.
In Mexico, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit is a secretariat of the federal public administration that is
responsible for everything related to tax collection, financial administration, and the Mexican Institute of Social
Security (IMSS) is a government institution federal, autonomous and tripartite (State, Employers and Workers),
dedicated to provide health and social security services to the population that has affiliation with the institute
itself, called then insured and entitled.
The municipal president handles data and information from the community and other units of the town hall
for decision making; informs the population annually and remits the account public to the local congress. As
the unit responsible for the political and administrative management of municipality, it is recommended that
the information of the different units of the administration municipal is as true as possible, so that the
decisions of the municipal president are top.
