Designation: Operations Manager
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Gujarati would be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with all departments of the organization i.e. managing customers, sharing
your inputs with Sales and Marketing teams, managing budgets and other daily operational
activities
• Responsible for overall operations and development of entire community
• Defining KRAs for the internal processes and developing the new processes
• Developing the ecosystem and generating awareness in the local community about the
Co-working space
• Ensuring connects with Startups, Investors, Mentors, Freelancers, NGOs and
Professionals is managed efficiently
• Lead the creative activities of the space and also represent DEV Accelerator at local
Startup events.
• Managing a team to ensure local supplies for consumables and other required equipments
is attained
• Coordinating with Accounts team to ensure invoicing and billing is done on a timely manner
• Building engagement with the Coworkers
• Ensuring a lively environment by designing regular activities for the coworkers
• Defining processes and workflows for every activity
• Sourcing and Curating suitable technology to design the required workflows
• Articulate and present reports/ deliverables in required detail to management

Qualification/Experience:

• A competent person, ready to take Entrepreneurship challenge


• Hands on experience in managing day to day operational activity of an organization
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-organized and takes ownership of tasks in a fast-paced live environment
• Creative, adventurous, hungry; ready to roll your sleeves up to get dirty
