access to the customers as well as our value chain. Managed by a dynamic team of second
and third generation entrepreneurs, Devkiran is in the process of massive expansion project
fuelled by increased demand from our customers for our products. We follow process at par

ABOUT US

Devkiran Paper Mills Private Ltd [DKPM], a leading manufacturer of recycled kraft paper, is
a closely held private limited company, incorporated in the year 1988. From a humble
beginning, the company's business has grown significantly wading through the business cycle
dynamics over the last 26 years consistently producing high quality recycled kraft paper to
the packaging industry. The company manufactures various grades of high quality Kraft
Paper, Absorbent Kraft, Golden Yellow(GYT) to name a few.
The current production line is capable of producing Kraft paper varieties used as a
corrugating medium starting from 16BF to 24BF. The GSM range is from 120GSM to
250GSM.The mill can produce paper up to a maximum deckle of 250cms. The company has
a state of the art effluent treatment plant which was recently upgraded for better effluent
treatment.
The manufacturing unit is situated in the outskirts of Bangalore city, a very strategic location
in terms of nearness to our customers for quick and flexible delivery schedules.
The company is being managed by 2nd generation entrepreneurs headed by Chairman and
Managing Director Mr. R H Ramanuja Setty.
The company has its registered office at K.R.Nagar, Mysore District, and Karnataka state.
The paper manufacturing plant is situated at Gudimavu village, Kumbalgodu, Mysore Road,
Bangalore.
The company has appointed Shreyas Incorporation as indenting agents for distribution of
paper

New Paper machine

The Company has a current installed capacity of 25000Metric Tons (MT) paper annum with a
state of the art production line imported from Europe. The new German made Bellmer
machine is completely automated machine with DCS controls and has latest quality control
systems from ABB.

Uninterruptedpower
The mill has a direct power line from the grid for uninterrupted and high quality power required
for paper making. Besides this, the company has its own diesel generator as a backup for
uninterrupted power supply which will ensure timely deliveries to our customers consistently.

Water is one of the main inputs for paper making and company has good sources for clean
water for paper making

Effluenttreatment
Dev Kiran paper Mills gives at most importance to environment. The company has installed
"state of the art "effluent treatment plan to treat the water and reuse the water for paper making.
This will help both to conserve water as well as reduce pollution

MANAGEMENT PROFILE
 R H Ramanuja Setty -- Founder, Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Ramanuja Setty a commerce graduate, started his career as 2nd generation
entrepreneur taking over the legacy from his father Late R H Hanumanthiah Setty. He
was instrumental in buying DKPM from the Karnataka State financial corporation in a
competitive auction.
 R H Sreenivasa Setty -- Founder Director: Technical
Mr. Sreenivas setty is a Mechanical engineer by qualification is the Founder Director
of Devkiran. He is spearheading the Production and corporate affairs at DKPM. He
was instrumental in latest up gradation and modernization of the existing production
line. He is spearheading the new proposed expansion at DevKiran.
 R H Ramakrishna Setty -- Founder Director
Mr. Ramakrishna setty, a science graduate is the founder director of Devkiran. He
takes care of the company's activites in Mysore region. He mainly is involved in
vendor management and takes care of key accounts in Mysore region. He lives in
Mysore with his wife and two children.
  R H Bhaskar Setty -- Founder Director
Mr. Bhaskar Setty, a commerce graduate from Bangalore university spearheads the
Sales of Devkiran. He has over 20 years of experience in paper sales. He is actively
involved in all the sales and marketing activities at Devkiran paper mills.
 Mrs. Anantha Nagalakshi -- Director
Mrs. Anathanagalakshi, wife of later R H Tyagaraja setty is one of the directors of
Devkiran. She overviews corporate affairs at Devkiran. She lives in K R Nagar with
her son and a grand daughter
