Kids’ Conditioners CD-0049A&B(LA)

These rinse-off conditioners deliver the conditioning properties needed by kids’ hair. They contain Chemidex™* S cationic surfactant, which promotes the principal
conditioning effect of the formulations. Merquat™* 2001 conditioning polymer improves the sensory and detangling, while Glucam™* P-20 humectant helps to
hydrate the hair.
Formula A is a very light conditioner which delivers the right conditioning properties needed by fragile hair.
Formula B delivers conditioning properties needed by curly hair. Schercemol™* CATC ester is added for better emolliency and sensory.

Kids’ Conditioners CD-0049A&B(LA)

Procedure:
1. PART A: Add PART A ingredients in Deionized Water and heat to 70 – 75 °C.
2. PART B: In a separate vessel, add PART B ingredients and heat to 75 °C. Mix
until uniform.
3. Add PART B to PART A with agitation. Mix for 10 minutes.
4. Cool the batch to 40 °C with mixing.
5. Add PART C ingredient with mixing. Mix until uniform.
6. Check the pH; it should be 4.0-4.5 for Formula A and 3.5-4.0 for Formula B.
Add additional Lactic Acid if necessary.
