che production of sweater starts from the store section. Yarns and
accessories such as main label,size label,flug label, gatze,zipper,hand tag,price
tag,poly,cartoon etc. are stored first in the store. From the store yarns are taken to winding
section.

n the winding section there are six winding machines. Their minimum
winding capability is 2000-2500 cones per day. There are five workers and a supervisor to
run the section. When the cones are ready they are taken to the knitting section.

jt first knitting distributor receive the cones of yarns and he

distributes all yarns to the workers of knitting floor according to the workers Id. Here the 43
parts are knitted individually. Then this parts go for knitting inspection. If there is any fault it
is checked and repaired. Then the parts are retured to the knitting distributor for next step.

n linking section linking distributor distributes the parts to the linking

machines. There each worker links all parts of each sweater. After that this sweaters are
taken to the inspection table. After inspection sweaters are taken for trimmings. Then to the
light checking unit. Here, the sweaters are then checked and faults are identified.

0ending is immediate step of light checking. The faults which are

found are repaired in this section.

che fabric is washed using softener, detergents and any other

chemicals as per buyer requirement. After washing garments are dried and then ironed.


 



n the finishing process all kind of labels are sewed with sewing
threads. The next process is PQC(Primary Quality Control) and then the final refinery. Then
the garment is re-ironed for giving a fixed shape. Then it is taken to the measurement table
where the whole measurement is checked.The garment is then packed in a poly bag and
those packed garments is then kept in a cartoon. The cartoons are sealed and are made
ready for shipment.
