Alarm Description Alarm clearing guidelines
Subslot problem of TS on PCM creation 1. Check TS creation on database
or subslot still not created

TCH was blocked or disable 1. Check from TRX alarm ( CU fault or CU was locked )
2. Check from DUVSWR alarm ( fault or locked )
3. Check from TRX part on database ( locked )
TS was blocked or disable which has 1. Check from TRX alarm ( CU fault or CU was locked )
been defined as signalling channel 2. Check from DUVSWR alarm ( fault or locked )
3. Check from TRX part on database ( locked )
BTS or Site was down 1. Check the corresponding BTS/site
No call or FDUAMCO can not transmit 1. Make a Hard reset for the corresponding FDUAMCO
its power correcly 2. Replace the corresponding FDUAMCO
E1 or BTS was down and no alignment 1. Check the corresponding E1 connection
between BTSE and BSC 2. Check the TEI setting of BTSE
No EDGE module on the cell or locked 1. check the EDGE module in the corresponding cell

1. Test the module by using perftest commad from LMT
2. Try to delete and create it again
3. Make a Hard reset by pulling out the module
