X. ADMISSION AND RETENTION POLICIES

Retention Policies
9. Qualifying examination is administered to incoming sophomore 5 4 3 2 1
students. Students who failed in the exam is advised to shift to
another program.
10. Warning is given to students who received 75% in three (3) subjects 5 4 3 2 1
or one failure in his/her subjects.
11. A student is placed under probation for one semester if he/she 5 4 3 2 1
incurred two (2) failures in his/her subjects.

12. Academic loads of students under probation may be reduced to 21 5 4 3 2 1


units if deemed necessary.

13. A student who incurred three (3) failures is dismissed from the 5 4 3 2 1
College.

14. Only graduating students are allowed to cross-enroll subjects not 5 4 3 2 1


offered during the semester.

the course.
