Now: Tomorrow:

1. I started working recently in a company that makes products derived from fruits, I
currently work as a practitioner of the Quality Management system and my main
function is to ensure all the information handled by each area of the company.
2. I have 3 younger brothers than I, thanks to them I have learned what is
responsibility and empathy. I have a duty to be a good reference for them and one of
the things I am achieving is to be able to complete the university stage.
3. Since I was a child I attended church with my parents, now one of my passions is
singing and teaching. I am currently developing a leadership for young girls in which I
try to be a support and help counselor in their relationship with God.
-1.Growing in the work environment, both in professional experience, in doing career path and
applying management tools for quality, having taken some specialization with regard to quality
and certification. implement improvements in terms of the company's processes in such a way
that it leaves a mark in the place where I worked.
2.Support my brothers in their personal development, in their growth and motivate them to seek
to be better than they already are.
3. Perform as a leader in the church's music group to serve others with the talents God has
placed in me.

ACTION:

1. Invest at least 80% of your downtime in learning, I believe that to achieve these personal goals I must take advantage of the
short free time to learn, investigate the new concepts that I am learning about food quality / safety, national and international
standards, invest time and money to specialize in the area of quality.

2. Provide the means for them to take courses where they develop soft skills, self-concept, development of self-esteem and help
them to discover what they want for their future based on their dreams and talents they have.

3. Learn, read, prepare at a spiritual level, take singing lessons, lead classes.
