Project
Background Engro Foods is among the biggest and fastest growing companies in
Pakistan with a vision to cater to local needs with products
conforming to global standards. Highly passionate about providing
millions of people across the length and breadth of Pakistan and
beyond with the ultimate brand experience, our product portfolio
comprises some of the country's biggest and best selling brands
including Olper's, Olper's Lite, Omore, Dairy Omung, Olper's Lassi
and Tarang.
Aim of the Project To know whether one of the greatest Food company in Pakistan has
fully developed organizational culture or gossipy tidbits in the
market with respect to conventional culture are a reality.
Objectives if the Project Definite analysis of hierarchical structure, performance growth and
overall organizational cultures that are prevailing and what
leadership styles are being followed in Engro Foods.
Expected Outcomes Develop understanding of organization culture, structure, behavior,
employee engagement and change management.
Proposed Activities Study the organization.
Contact concerned HR person.
Study the System they practice.
Give conclusion.
