Personal Loan

Basic Information

What is Personal Loan?


Personal loan is a loan that can be used by an individual for any generic purpose.
Some examples of end use are:
1. Marriage
2. Medical emergency
3. Home renovation
4. Vacation
5. Consumer goods
6. Consolidation of other debts

Personal Loan cannot be used for:


1. Investment in stock market
2. Any other speculative(high risk of loss) purposes
3. Illegal activities

Eligibility

Generally any salaried individual with salary greater than or equal to Rs.15000 / month is eligible
for personal loan.
Eligibility of Loan amount calculated on below mention points
• Net Take Home Salary
• Monthly Running EMI (Total EMI Amount Obligation)
• FOIR % for Salary ( Percentage of Fixed Obligation Income Ratio)
• Salary Credited in Bank Account is mandatory
• Customer who are working in any of: Pvt. Ltd Company, Public Ltd Company, LLP
Firm, Any Institute, Collage, School, Hospital, Government Organisation, NRI
customer etc. Are eligible for loan Application.
• Maximum Loan Tenure 1 Year to 5 years

For Eligibility Calculation: [(Net Salary – Running Loan EMI amount) * FOIR %] = Eligible EMI

FOIR % depends on Salary like:

• Salary < 35000/ Month FOIR 50% to 55%


• Salary > 35000/ Month FOIR 60% to 65%
• Salary > 55000/ Month FOIR 65% to 70%
• Salary > 75000/ Month FOIR 70% to 75%

For Example: Customer is having salary of Rs. 40000/ Month & working in Pvt Ltd Company,
running Loan EMI 10000/ Month,

Eligible Loan EMI: [(40000 – 10000)* 60% = 30000* 60% = 18000/Month


If the offered Rate of Interest from bank is 14% for 5 Years, so Per Lac EMI Rs.
2327/-For calculation of Loan amount = 18000/2327= 7.73 Lacs for 5 years.

Pre Login Process:


Step 1: Collect documents on mail/ Physical → Do Digital Login in Eligible Bank CRM → Soft Approved / Reject
Step 2: If Soft Approved → Complete the document set as per the given list of documents (KYC, Income Documents)
Step 3: Fill the Application form & complete sign on Application form & all KYC & Income documents.
Step 4: Do “OSV” (Original Seen & Verified) stamp of our company (Channel)
Step 5: Submit file to the respective bank for Login and ask Bank manager to help for login.

After Login Process:


Day1: File Logged in Bank Physically → Residential & Office Verification initiated
Day2: Residential & Office verification will be done & reports gathering by bank credit team
Day3: Personal Discussion with Customer & Credit Manager will be done & Finally Approved/ Reject
Day4: After Final approval → Signed Loan Agreement with Customer & submit to the bank
Day5: Case will disbursed by bank and amount will transfer I customer’s account in same day or next day.

• Normally 4 to 15 days will take to disbursement of Personal Loan


• Only Digital channel like “IndiaBulls Dhani” & “HDFC -10Second” offer can disburse loan amount in real time.

Basic Information

What is Home Loan?


Home loan is a loan an individual can avail to purchase a residential property for example Flat,
Row House, Bungalow or residential plot purchase with construction comes under home loan.
A co-applicant is necessary for a person to apply for home loan.

Day2: Residential & Office Verification initiated

Day3: Properties Legal & Valuation verification initiated by bank

Day5: All verification will be done & reports awaited

Day7: Personal Discussion with Customer & Credit Manager will be done & All verification report received

Day8: If all report is positive along with Personal Discussion report – Fitment of Loan Amount check

Day9: Case will send for approval & got approved on same day in normal condition

Day10: Now it’s up to us when we will complete disbursement agreement ( normally it takes 1 or 2 days)

Note:
• Normally 10 to 15 days will take to disbursement of Home Loan
• Only some special condition or in month end can move faster our case and can disbursed in just 5-7 days

Business loan is an unsecured loan an individual can avail for business purposes.
A co-applicant is not necessary for a person to apply for business loan.

Day3: All verification will be done & reports awaited
Day4: Personal Discussion with Customer & Credit Manager will be done & All verification report received
Day5: If all report is positive along with Personal Discussion report – Fitment of Loan Amount check
Day6: Case will send for approval & got approved on same day in normal condition
Day7: Now it’s up to us when we will complete disbursement agreement ( normally it takes 1 or 2 days)

1. EMI: An equated monthly instalment (EMI) is a fixed payment amount made by a


borrower to a lender at a specified date each calendar month. Equated monthly
instalments are used to pay off both interest and principal each month so that over a
specified number of years, the loan is paid off in full.

2. Family Income: A combined incomes of all family members like brother, mother, father
and it is includes every form of income, e.g., salaries and wages, rental income etc.

3. LTV (Loan to Value): The loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is a financial term used by lenders to
express the ratio of a loan to the value of an asset (Property).

4. PAT: Profit after tax showing in Income tax return

5. PBT: Profit before tax is an amount which is showing of Income tax return it is also
called gross annual Income.
6. DEP: Depreciation amount is showing on ITR in Profit & Loss page and the value of the
same is add back in to net profit on
7. Loan Obligation: An estimate of monthly ongoing debt payments to disposable income

11. DPD: The DPD (Days Past Due ) indicates how many days a payment on that account
is late by that month

12. Overdue Charges: Past due is a loan payment that has not been made as of its due
date. A borrower who is past due may be subject to late fees, unless the borrower is still
within a grace period. Failure to repay a loan on time could have negative implications for
the borrower's credit status or cause the loan terms to be permanently adjusted.

13.Loan Settlement: Loan Settlement is also referred to as debt settlement, credit


settlement or debt negotiation. In this the creditor settles on a debt reduction considering it
