INTRODUCTION OF THE REPORT:
Human Resources department is the emerging sector in the new era of corporate
world. Previously HRM was ignored by big organizations. Today the situation has
changed, most of the organizations are emphasizing on HRM practice. The main
reason is, the organization runs by the people or human resources not by the
machine. So, it is important to maintain these human resources in order to gain long
term success in Business. In my Internship Report, I have tried to cover all the major
functions of Human Resource Management – Recruitment , Training and
development, Selection , Compensation on and Benefits, and cover my
understandings of the different functions of Human Resource management through
this internship.
