Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves and is one of the less processed types of tea. It therefore contains

found in different parts of Southeast Asia. Majority of the people accepted that the first steeping of green tea
was done during the reign of Emperor Shenndong in 2737 BC. It started when Emperor Shenndong was traveling
and when they rested, few leaves fell from the tree and some went in the hot cup of water of the Emperor. The
Emperor did not noticed it but the water turned into a dark color and when he drank it, he ordered his men to
get more.

Green tea has tons of nutrients that one can consume and gain benefits from. It is comprised of certain nutrients
and substances such as Caffeine/coffein, Proteins, Fibres, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, and antioxidants such as
Polyphenol (Tannin), Vitamin A (B-Carotene), Vitamin E, Vitamin C. These nutrients and substances give various

of benefits that help stimulate and make our body healthier. Green tea can improve health due to its bioactive

Depending on how you made your tea, it is best to suit your preference when it comes to the richness of the
tea. You can either add sugar or honey to have a sweeter taste into it, it really does depend on one’s own
preference. Once you are satisfied on how it taste, it is now time to let it cool down a bit for it the flavors to
