5.

3 CONCLUSION

This is a study conducted at AMS SPICES AND FOOD PRODUCTS PVT. LTD.
The main objective of the study was to determine effectiveness of the employees training and
development in the organization. From the study, it is found that workers are satisfied with
their job and also satisfied with the facilities provided by the company. Most of the workers
are satisfied with the working conditions prevailing in the company. Management should
give high motivation to employees for more productivity. The standard of training method
should be provided according to the updated technology.
