BOARD RESOLUTION

A Resolution Approving the Application for Opening of the Senior High School (SHS)
Program and All Acts Necessary and Incidental to the Application and Opening of
the SHS Program
By a duly made and seconded motion, a majority of the Trustees of the Board of
Trustees of the Jean Grey School of Higher Learning (“JGSOHL” or “School”, for brevity)
unanimously voted to adopt the following resolutions:

WHEREAS, JGSOHL is currently offering technical and vocation education for the
benefit of its constituents in ____________;

WHEREAS, the opening of a Senior High School Program in coordination with ongoing
government efforts will enable the school to train and produce well-rounded and competitive
students who are better prepared for college;

WHEREAS, the School has the manpower, facilities and resources to open and
implement the SHS program;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that:

1) The Board hereby approves the opening of the Senior High School Program of
the JGSOHL;
2) The Board authorizes the President of JGSOHL and such officers or persons
she may authorize to process the necessary requirements for the migration,
such as but not limited to, processing of requirements, updating of the
curriculum and others, for the approval of the Department of Education.

The Board so unanimously decided and carried this 18 March 2019.
