Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

pedestrian schemes, road or retail schemes and maintain the character of sites of natural
beauty;
• Establish general landscape requirements with clients;
• Conduct preliminary studies of the site (including contours, soil, ecology, environment,

• Seek and take into account the views of local residents, potential users, and parties with a

Summary:
Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of
building structures, and facilities, such as roads, railroads, airports, bridges, channels, dams,
irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems.

Structural engineers design structures to withstand stresses and pressures imposed through
environmental conditions and human use. They also examine existing buildings and structures to
test if they are structurally sound and still fit for purpose.

Working in close partnership with architects and other professional engineers they help to design
most structures, including houses, hospitals, office blocks, bridges, oil rigs, ships and aircraft. It is the
structural engineer’s responsibility to choose the appropriate materials, such as concrete, steel,
timber and masonry, to meet design specifications and they are often involved in inspecting the
work and advising contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure;


• Calculate the pressures, stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel,
will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental
pressures such as weather or earthquakes;

their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design;
• Liaise with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with

Summary:
Should able to monitor and Understand various control parameters in HVAC System, Sound
Technical Knowledge of HVAC, AHU, Heat recovery system etc, experience in carry out the Air
Balancing, Water balancing, CO2 Monitoring, Fresh air balancing etc.

Key Responsibilities:
• Experience in installation, testing & commissioning (ITC) of electrical and extra low voltage
system covers BMS, CCTV, Access controls, Public address, Fire Alarm, Intrusion detection
system etc.
• Review of designs done by consultants & site coordination
• Verification of BOQ given by the Consultants
• Preparation of Budget, monitoring/cost control
• Experience on ELV systems which includes, BMS, CCTV, FAS, PA and Access Controls
Systems.
• Certification of contractor invoice in coordination with site supervisor
• Review MEP drawings and identify HAVC equipment, sensors
• Review control specifications for graphics requirement and sequence of operations
• Generation of initial review sheets and RFIs
• Design graphics templates, symbol libraries as per regional requirements
• Ensure quality assurance and defect free graphics package delivery
• Adherence with all processes and guidelines to execute project within timeline

Work Experience:
• To work for the design of the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.
• Should be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations and technical
standards.
• Knowledge of BMS architecture with different types of Operator workstations
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience in the field of Industrial Automation (PLC/SCADA/HMI/MMI screens
development)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems like Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Primary &
Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, Different types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV
systems etc

Education:

4 year graduate study in Information Technology / Electrical /Electronic engineering and Masters in
Information Technology / Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Knowledge –
• Must possess strong writing, verbal communication and documentation skills and the ability
to achieve and communicate with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work with a variety of personnel and be conversant with both technical and
business-oriented personnel.
• Ability to meet deadlines, time constraints and periodic requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop long-range program plans, set goals and objectives, and
decisions on program priorities and analyse program effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Install ICT networking systems and identify the correct products
• Coordinate and Manage Projects and ensure sites are smoothly operating with timely
delivery or resources and progress of works is met as per the main contractors or clients
program
• Ensure QA/QC in all projects
• Provide Monthly reports on each projects in the format jointly agreed with the management
• Coordinate with respective QS and Engineers to compare Bill of Quantities versus Drawings
and Prepare Full materials, labour and tools requirement for all projects and identify any
variations from BOQ that may occur, ensure strict control of materials and labour
• Coordinate with QS and site Engineers and provide timely details on any variations and
additions in all projects
• Ensure all technical requirements are met in all projects and identify and Risk that may cause
reputation or financial losses to the company
• Ensure all project drawings are updated and filled appropriately; all shop drawings must be
approved by consultants and filled, prepare handing over files which include manuals,
warranties, test results, As-built drawings

Work Experience:
