NOTICE
Subject: Online filling of the PTU Examination forms (Regular/Reappear) for April-
2017.
Schedule for filling the online Examination forms for PTU Examination to be held in April-2017
is as under:
Instructions:-
1. Regular and Reappear forms will be filled by the HODs/Class Incharge from University
Website www.ptudocs.com in their respective Login id.
2. Name/id of the Faculty member will be printed on the Reappear form for maintaining record
of forms.
3. The HODs will confirm forms.
4. Reappear forms shall be filled only after the students deposit the fee in the A/C
office and show its receipt and two Photos to the concerned teacher.
5. Pass out students can fill their Reappear forms on University website www.ptuexam.com
through their own id and submit their forms in the Admin office the same day. If any pass out
student fails to submit the Exam form in the Admin office then he/she will be responsible for
the consequences.
6. HODs are requested to take action as per PTU Notice No. PTU/April-2017/701 dated
17/03/2017 sent by Dean Academics.
7. HODs are requested to send the soft copy of Exam Forms/Admit cards to Mr. Arvind kumar
through E-mail Id arvindsadval2@gmail.com after completing all work relating to
Examination forms for the record purposes.
8. Regular/Reappear forms will be submitted in Admin Office by the concerned department in
two sets.
9. Students are required to bring two copies of latest colored photograph for the Examination
form and admit card purposes.

NOTICE (REVISED)
Subject: Fee for Provisional Degree, Migration Certificate & Transcript for the
PTU Examination April-2017
As per University instructions vide PTU Notice No. 418 dated 27/03/2017 last sem
students have to submit Rs. 500/- for their Provisional Degree, Migration Certificate
& Transcript.
1. Regular forms of the final Semester students shall be filled only after the
students deposit the fee Rs. 500/- in the A/C office and show its receipt to the
concerned teacher.
