Annual Evaluation Domains 2 and 3 Evaluators' Comments/Suggestions:

Mr. Lam's approach to teaching includes lecture, group work, readings, and opportunities to conduct research. Mr. Lam communicates clearly with
students both in writing and verbally and does so consistently. Mr. Lam assesses students' comprehension by utilizing oral and written questions, do
now activities, worksheets, and reading selections. In Mr. Lam's Wearable Electronics elective, students created LED pop-up cards, glow-bot, LED
mask, and LED banner for the course. Mr. Lam has established a system of routines and procedures for his students to follow that require them to
assume responsibility for writing the learning objective and the do now while attendance is taken. Whether students are completing a sewing project or
engaged in cooking, students are given clear job responsibilities to ensure safety and timely completion of the task. Classroom interaction between Mr.
Lam and his students are always very respectful as evidenced by the tone and demeanor of the class and the active engagement of all his students.
Student work is displayed in the classroom and in the hallway and the extra help sign is clearly posted in the front of the room.
