The purpose of the BLT is to support the teacher teams’ 5-step process implementation by:

- Monitoring - Providing support


- Providing feedback - Communicating

The following structure is used to monitor, provide feedback, and communicate to TBTs. Feedback should be
constructive, corrective, and specific and address the following:
