TABLE OF CONTENTS

TABLE OF TABLES
TABLE OF FIGURES

I
INTRODUCTION

Present the topic (cite main authors in the field) aim of the paper, explain the methodology,
the general research question/hypotheses, and the structure of the paper.

1
1. THEORETICAL BACKGROUND

Include sub-chapters based on the topic.

Present the relevant theoretical background (existing scientific articles and findings).
Present hypotheses/research questions (3 to max 5) and provide argumentation for them.
In particular, pay attention to citing the literature.
2. METHODOLOGY

Three sub-chapters:

Participants
Data collection
Questionnaire (added in Appendix) include demographic questions and at least 10 questions
pertaining to the research topic

The questionnaire should be distributed to at least 60 students. If you compare

different populations (eg. students from different fields), increase the number accordingly.
3. RESULTS

Two sub-chapters:

Descriptive statistics
Main results (hypotheses testing, graphs, tables)

Here, you only present the findings and comment on whether you found support for the
hypotheses or not.
4. DISCUSSION

Three sub-chapters:

A summary and Interpretation of findings

Here, first present a short summary of your findings in a graphic form. Then, comment on and
interpret the findings by comparing them with previous studies. Discuss your hypotheses and
present your views on what your findings mean.

Recommendations for employers

Prepare specific suggestions, such as measures and advice to stakeholders (eg.
Organizations/schools/universities/local communities).

Study limitations and future research

CONCLUSION

In the concluding section, present and discuss how could or will the results of this research
help you in your studies, student work, and/or future employment.
LITERATURE (in alphabetical order and in line with guidelines).

IMPORTANT: Include at least 15 literature sources, of these at least 7 scientific papers.

Make sure that each unit of literature is properly cited in the text. You can search for
scientific articles in the Central Economic Library databases, available free of charge at
School premises. There is an abundance of databases including scientific journals from
different disciplines.

GROUPWORK INDIVIDUAL REFLECTION

This part is a reflection of your teamwork experience while working on this project. Each
student prepares his/her reflection on the following:
- Which scientific paper or findings resonated most with you and why (list the
reference);
- Summarize the effective and ineffective group processes and problems;
- List the lessons learned about interpersonal relationships among team members;
