RE: DEMAND LETTER NOTICE OF DISHONOR

Dear Mr/Mrs. Austria:

I am writing to demand the payment of your outstanding obligation to United Paramount

Credit Corporation amounting to, including interest and penalties, SIXTY SEVEN MILLION
SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY ONE AND SEVENTY
SEVEN CENTS (Php 67,682,341.77 with penalties and interests, Attached is the
Statement of Account as Annex A). The Check that you have given to United Paramount
Credit Corporation has been subsequently been DISHONORED, drawn against your account at
Malayan Bank-GMA Branch with Account No. 006010013307. The following checks are as follows:

Said Check, among others, was issued by you to pay your outstanding obligation of the
total purchase price(principal plus Interest) of an Nissan Buses, and Isuzu Buses with Plate
No. JCW338/UYB548, JCW318/UYB478, PIO276/UYB468, and NOK304/UYB487

Nevertheless, when said checks was deposited in our bank at METROBANK-Timog

Branch, it bounced or was dishonored by reason of “ACCOUNT CLOSED or DRAWN
AGAINST INSUFFICIENCY OF AMOUNT” (Annex A).

In view of the foregoing, demand is hereby made upon you to pay your whole obligation
or make necessary arrangements for the payment in full by the drawee bank of your check
within five (5) banking days after receipt of this notice. Needless to state, your failure to do so is
a prima facie evidence of deceit constituting false pretense or fraudulent act punishable under
the provisions of Batas Pambansa No. 22 in conjunction with Republic Act 4885 if not settled,
you can also opt to voluntarily surrender the above described vehicle in order to settle your
loan obligation with us. Otherwise, we will be constrained to take this legal action and other
available actions against you.
