I. INTRODUCTION

People nowadays like to eat in a Fast Food Chain together with

their family, friends, even in the students. Because you'll get

satisfied in what you see in your surroundings, you'll be

comfortable in every movements you'll make and will make you

happy because of everything you see and it is favorite by every

Filipino.

Mang Inasal is the most convenient food chain that the customers

can ever met, because their employees are approachable and their

products are affordable. It is also one of the most successful

restaurant in the Philippines that was founded by Edgar Sia.

Mang Inasal has opened 23 restaurants, with 10 franchised. In

this restaurant you'll see the different kinds of grilled foods

like fish, chicken, pork, vegetable, native delicacies and many

more. You must try to taste their merienda foods like Halo-

Halo, Crema de leche Halo- Halo, Mang Inasal Palabok, Mang

Inasal Leche Flan and others. We all know only in Mang Inasal

have an Unli Rice in all Fast Food Chain and this is one of the

reason why people chooses this restaurant especially to the

senior citizens.
There are so many reasons why people chooses Mang Inasal as

their favorite Fast Food Chain when they want to eat and bond

with their friends and family. The first reason is that the

staff are so approachable, they offer appetizer like soups while

preparing the customers' orders. Another reason is that they are

so generous and responsible when the customer needs something.

We became so happy when our food came because we felt the

completeness and the enjoyment from the very first start. They

This study entitled THE PERCEPTION OF CUSTOMERS IN UNLI RICE OF

MANG INASAL IN WALTER MART GAPAN aims to determine why people

chooses Mang Inasal over the other Fast Food Chain.

III. PURPOSE OF RESEARCH

The purpose of our study is to know what's the reason why people

choose Mang Inasal even though there are so many Fast Food Chain

like Jollibee, Mcdo, KFC, Chowking and others. We think that the

Filipino get satisfied in Mang Inasal interms of taste

especially for the unli rice and also for them to save money.
Just wanted you to know, Mang Inasal should always make a way to

popularized their food and services to the public. When dealing

with their crews and staffs, we like to say that they are doing

great and they are skilled workers. In cashier, in operating how

they will manage the business, the way how they call their

customers, giving an order, the way how they guard their

customers and the others that will make you think that you are

in a high standard restaurant.

We salute them because they are industrious and they're

maintaining the cleanliness and safeness of everyone. Every
