Business Opportunity: Sign Language Translator Application

Is it timely? With millions of deaf people around the world, I can say that this app is timely.
There is a language barrier between us hearing and non-hearing people. With this app, it aims to
bridge that gap by having a feature where it scans or takes a video of the non-hearing person
doing the sign language and then it translates back into words. Vice versa, when you type the
words you want to say to the non-hearing person, a 3D cartoon person that comes in male or
female will show what you translated in sign language. It also comes in different additional
packages of the different forms and languages of the sign language.

No longer would we be confused with what non-hearing people have to say when we ask for
help. We could just open the application and eradicate the prejudice of non-hearing people using
a pen and paper for them to be understood. Inclusivity starts when we make the effort to change
our situation.

Is it attractive? Yes, it is. People who have loved ones who are non-hearing or wish to
communicate and understand non-hearing people will have a chance to do so with this
application. It will be designed in a way that is simple and easy to use. Starting with the
American Sign Language, more forms of the sign language from various countries will be added
to have inclusivity towards other deaf people of different countries.

Is it durable? It will be durable as you can use the application in your phone, tablet or electronic
device anytime and anywhere without the use of the internet connection.

Is it anchored in a product, service or business that creates or adds value for its end user?
The application adds value of its end user as it teaches the user another language as it translates.
There will be an option there where the application teaches you the basics of American Sign
Language. In time, when the app will be developed, more forms of the sign language will be put
and it will be more accessible to the people.
