PREPARATION
1. Remove the bucket or attachments from the
mounting plate.

2. Park the machine on a level surface.
3. Unpin the lift cylinder support strut and let rest on
the lift cylinder.
4. Raise the boom until the lift cylinder support strut
is in the locked position and install the lock pin.
WARNING: Failure to pin the cylinder support strut
may result in injury or death.
5. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.
6. Turn the ignition key to the ON position.
7. Lower the boom down on the lift cylinder support
strut.
8. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.
9. Remove the key.
INSTALLATION
See Figures 1, 2 and 3 for steps 1 through 24.
1. Replace the double gear pump with the new
double gear pump (51).
2. Install 45° stem bead hose connector (54) into
double gear pump (51).
3. Install 45° elbow (58) to double gear pump (51).
4. Remove the plug from the auxiliary inlet port of
the control valve and install an 90° elbow (4) as
shown.
5. Install a connector (10) and the 45° elbow (12) in
the auxiliary work ports of the control valve as
shown.
6. Install straight connector (20) into combination
valve (24).
7. Install 90° elbow (9) into combination valve (24).
8. Install long straight connector (57) into
combination valve (24).
9. Fasten the combination valve (24) to the machine
using the two bolts (13), flat washers (22) and
square nuts (42).
10. Install the tube assembly (50) between the elbow
(4) and the connector (20).
11. Install the tube assembly (49) between the 90°
elbow (9) and the existing tee as shown.
12. Connect the hoses (46 and 47) to the auxiliary
ports of the control valve as shown.
13. Connect the tube assembly (40) to the hose (46)
and tube assembly (41) to the hose (47).

14. Fasten the tube assemblies (40 and 41) together
using the bolts (1 and 14), twin clamp (3), two
clamp bars (5), lock washers (16) and the nut
(59).
NOTE: The bolt (2) replaces the existing bolt.
15. Install the unions (60) to the tube assemblies (40
and 41).
16. Fasten the tube assemblies (52 and 53) to the
unions (60) as shown.
17. Fasten the tube assemblies (52 and 53) together
using the bolt (11), a tube bracket (28) and a
spacer (31).
18. Fasten the tube assemblies (52 and 53) together
using the two tube supports (25).
19. Connect the hoses (27) to the tube assemblies
(52 and 53).
20. Connect the tube assemblies (33 and 34) to the
hoses (27) as shown.
21. Connect tube (33) to tube (35) and tube (34) to
tube (36).
22. Fasten the tube assemblies (33 and 34) to the
LH loader arm using the last three tube brackets
(28), spacers (31), the plate (37), and the three
screws (39) as shown.
23. Install the bracket (32) as shown using the two
screws (7).
24. Install the female coupler (29) to the tube
assembly (34) and the male coupler (30) to the
tube assembly (33). Fasten both tube assemblies
(33 and 34) to the bracket (32) using the two lock
nuts (21).
25. Connect harness from combination valve to
chassis harness breakout at (A).
See Figure 4 for steps 26 through 39.
26. Remove the 90 degree elbow located in the tank
case drain port and install the tee (55).
27. Attach 90 degree elbow (23) to tee (55).
28. Install edge guard (8) in LH tower inside diamond
shaped hole. This is where the hose will travel
through the tower.
29. Attach the hose (18) to the 90 degree elbow (23)
and route up the left hand tower as shown.
30. Secure the hose (18) to the rear auxiliary tube
and auxiliary hoses using the hose ties (61) as
shown.
31. Connect hose (18) to tube (17).
32. Secure tube (17) to the bottom of the left boom
using the existing hardware and clamps (45).
