Good morning of Bugkalot

It is a privileged on my part to deliver the opening remarks on the 27th founding anniversary cum
inauguration program.

We are very fortunate because the whole provincial government is with us because of the presence of
our dignitaries. To the hero of the Bugkalots, Gov. Carlos M. Padilla, you will be be remembered in a
lifetime, not only by the whole province Nueva Vizcaya but particularly by the Bugkalot Tribe because of
the legacy he had brought to the lives of every Bugkalots with the establishment of Bugkalot National
High School. With every students that passes thru the portals of our school will certainly remember the
Father of Modern National High School, our governor carlos mapili padilla.

To our Vice Governor – your presence with Gov. Padilla is an affirmation that you are with us of bringing
hopes to the Bugkalots especially to the students. May we continue your partnership with the barangay
government unit of New Gumiad towards the “intayon idyay masakbayan”.

To Madam Ruth R. Padilla, who will cut the ribbon of the newly constructed gymnasium, this will signal
that it will open the flood gate of service in New Gumiad and will cut the barrier of dis-service.

To the faculty of BNHS, I personally express my deep appreciation for your full support in making this
festivity a reality. To the public officials lead by Hon. Herson K. Pasigian, we thank you for supporting
the school and all its activities.

To SDS Flordeliza C. Gecobe, who had been a principal of this school. We thank you also sir for your
support to the school.

To the parents teachers association of the school and the whole community, in behalf of the school we
express our appreciation.

Without much further adiue, I now formally open the 27th founding anniversary. Let us enjoy the
festivity and God bless us all.
