Cashless Campus Project

We are pleased to offer our payment solution for streamlining all payments of the College
through our unique innovation “Cashless Campus Project”. Cashless Campus Project aims at
removing all cash and cheque transactions in a Institute using technology platform.

Offerings of Union Cashless campus

1. Payment Gateway for net banking users of Union Bank

This payment gateway will provide payment option through internet banking to all
students of the Institute. Through our branches, we can ensure 100% students opening
accounts with zero balance and free instant ATM card. We are the only bank in India,
which provides internet banking registration on self user creation mode. Since our
internet banking facility will be easily available to students, this payment gateway can
service the needs of online payment for all students under the Institute.

Commercials:
Bank shall levy Rs. 10/-* surcharge on the transacted amount. The surcharge will be
payable by the net banking users.

2. Payment Gateway for net banking users of other banks

We propose to offer our payment gateway for net banking users of other banks. This
shall enable the students to pay fees through the net banking account of their respective
banks.

Commercials:
Bank shall levy Rs. 20/-* surcharge for all other banks on the transacted amount. The
surcharge will be payable by the net banking users.
* Applicable taxes extra

3. Debit/ Credit Cards Payment Gateway

This payment gateway will provide payment option through the Institute’s portal using
debit/credit card issued by our bank or any other bank.

Commercials:
Bank shall levy following surcharge on the transacted amount:
Debit Cards As per the existing Govt. guidelines (0.90% existing)
 Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) 1.20%*
The surcharge will be payable by the card users.

**The given rate is subject to change as per the guidelines issued by the Regulatory
authority.
4. Online Challan Payment Any Branch Payment
This option provides the online challan generation in triplicate from our site and the
fees can be submitted at any of our branches all over the country.

Commercials:
Bank shall levy Rs. 20/-* surcharge on the transacted amount. The surcharge will be
payable by the users.

5. Offline Challan Payment at Any Branches in the Region.

This option provides the offline challan in triplicate given from school’s end to the
student and the fees can be submitted at any of our branches in the Region.

Commercials:
Bank shall levy Rs. 25/-* surcharge on the transacted amount. The surcharge will be
payable by the users.

Further we are pleased to inform you that we have implemented the project “Cashless Campus
Project” at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Banaras Hindu Unversity, Gitam University, Periyar University,
DAV Thane, JVM Shyamli, Mallareddy Hyderabad, APIIT Karnal, St. Joseph Bhopal, GNS,
Kurukshetra, Siddharth Group of Colleges, Nellore, Council of Higher Secondary Education,
Odisha, Amity University, Delhi, Patna Science College, Patna, KSKV Kachchh University, Bhuj
etc. which has been able to fully move payment transactions to online mode using our
technological platform. At Rajeev Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, the
implementation has been a great success whereby over two lacs students have opened accounts
with the bank and have made more than a million online fee payment transactions. Also all
students in a single campus registered for our mobile banking can do money transfer within our
bank, mobile recharge, IMPS outside bank, balance enquiry etc. using Mobile Banking on a
regular basis.
