Click the "Submit" button. It may take a few minutes for your phone to reboot and for the interface to
become available before continuing.

Step 4. Configure Outbound Proxy

Select "SIP" from the top menu bar.

The factory settings should allow you to enter "Polycom" and "456".

Step 5. Confirm that you have disabled all Network Address Translation (NAT)
settings.

We handle all NAT related issues. So, make sure to turn off any NAT settings in order for your phone to
communicate properly with our servers.

Select "Network" from the top menu bar.


You will be prompted for a username and password.
The factory settings should allow you to enter "Polycom" and "456".

Scroll to the bottom section block titled "Network Address Translation".

Confirm that all three fields are blank.


If they are not, delete the entries and click "Submit".

Step 5. Confirm that your phone is registered.

In the OnSIP User portal, click on the "Users" tab. You will see a green "online" notation next to each
user with a registered phone.
