Program Background and Rationale


Kasiglahan Village Elementary School in collaboration with SDO Rizal would conduct Learning and Development System in
order to capacitate teachers to be skilled in performing complex tasks in an efficient, cost-effective, and safe manner. The training
focuses on developing the instructional skills which is necessary in meeting the standards for the 21 st century learners. Education
delivery is evolving. As the evolution progresses, the overriding challenge for educators will be finding ways to embrace new
technology, instructional innovations, and teaching environments in a responsible, practical and educationally sound manner. Thus,
the team adapted the following legal bases in the conduct of the training.

Program Description
The enhancement of instructional and innovative skills for teachers will be in the form of Training Program entitled, “Project:
ISEPT ( Instructional Skills Enhancement Program for 21st Century Teachers” for 3 days. However, coaching and performance
mentoring shall follow using a customized monitoring tool. Likewise, impact monitoring will also be done.

Target Learners’ Description


Two-hundred six teachers I-III of Kasiglahan Village Elementary School shall be the participants of the training.

Workplace Development Objectives (WDO)


 This training program can ensure a favorable impact in enhancing the instructional skills of the teachers in Rodriguez, Rizal. Thus,
the final result of the performance will be shown on the learners’ progress.
 Teachers will be equipped with more strategies and innovative instructional skills to be manifested in their actual teaching in order
to have a good result among learners’ progress.
 Innovative Strategies in teaching using technology and other resources.
 The teachers are expected to be equipped with the enhanced skills acquired in the training program.

Monitoring and Evaluation Plan

Monitoring and Evaluation started from the LDNA Stage. Feedback from QATAME team has always been sought. Checklist of
requirements and guidelines for all stages will be followed too. As to program delivery, a daily evaluation shall be created capturing the
following:

 Level 1- Reaction of the participants ( Facilitators, PM, Land D Team)


 Level 2- Learning ( Facilitator, PM, L &D Team)
 Level 3- Behavior ( School Head)
 Level 4- Results ( School Head)
Results of Evaluation as well as activity completion report shall be submitted to top management. Likewise, commitment forms by
participants shall also be given to their immediate supervisor for mentoring, coaching or job-embedded learning, whichever is
appropriate.
