(Hereinafter referred and called as the said
Contractor, which expression shall include and
Mean its executors, heirs, assigns and
administrators,etc.)

Super Facility Services company duly incorporated under the companies having its
registered office / principal place of business, Survey No. 532, Shop No. 45,Shantai City
Center, Talegaon Dabhade,Taluka-Maval, Dist-Pune Maharashtra, India-410507 (Herein
referred to as the ‘Client”’ Which term or expression as herein used shall mean and include
the said Super Facility Services and its successors and assign) of the FIRST PART AND
M/S. Siddhant Enterprises having its registered office / principal place of business, At/Post
Shelpimpalgaon,Taluka-Khed,Dist-Pune, Maharashtra, India-410501 (Herein referred to as
the ‘Contractor”’ Which term or expression as herein used shall mean and include the said
M/S. Siddhant Enterprises and its successors and assign) of the OTHER PART
Whereas the Client desires to obtain Loading and Unloading Services at its
premises from the Contractor as per the latter’s proposal
And whereas the Contractor maintains the capabilities to satisfactory provide
services as per their proposal

Now this agreement witnesses and it is hereby agreed as follows:-
Duration :
1. This Agreement shall be operative for a period of One years, Renewable after
One years commencing from 01 Mar.2019 to 29 Feb.2020 (Hereinafter referred
to as the term) which term Shall be renewable at the discretion of the Client.
Services :
1. The Contractor shall provide the loading and Unloading Services.
Personal Of the Contractor :
1. The Company Hereby appoints the contractor as Labour Contractor for supply of
workers to carry out the work of loading and unloading goods.
2. The Contractor shall furnish the Client with a list of all personnel deployed
within its premises at any given time during the term and update such from time to
 time as required. The list shall contain information such as the name & Date of
employment of each of such personnel, the period for which he is required to
attend the premises and such other information as may be requested by the
requested by the Client from time to time.

Terms and Condition :

1. The said amount will include the wages and other benefits payable to the workers
supplied by him to the company from time to time and as prescribed by the labour
enactment in force for the time being, and the company will not be responsible to
pay the same. But if under any enactment (Including rules or regulation included
there under) the company is held liable to pay any amount to the worker as
principal employer the contractor should reimburse the same company within a
period of 15 days from the invoice Date of demand by the company.
2. The duration of this Agreement will commence on and from 23 Jun. 2017 For
Manpower like Loading and Unloading Services Till Date and with One month
the necessity of serving the notice termination.
