PUBLIC POSTER, AND EDUCATIONAL VIDEO GUIDELINES FOR


STUDENT PARTICIPANTS

3. Title
Title creation could determined according to the theme and sub–themes.

I. ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
1. Participants requirements
a. All participants is college student from medical science or other health
faculty from University throughout Indonesia and ASEAN.
b. Each team maximum consists of 3 people.
c. All participants from each team should originated from the same university.
2. Payment Mechanism: Including in registration fee.
3. Registration Mechanism:
a. Participants should fill in the registration form
b. Participants should confirm to committee of Scientific Meeting and Expo
Indonesian Medical Education (PEPKI) 2019 by send email and contact the
committee by message/whatsapp
corresponding with competitions by participants.

II. PUBLIC POSTER GUIDELINE


1. Creation Criteria
a. Public Poster is original creation not yet published previously in any
media, yet Include on competition or congress anywhere, not
yet never be presented or used in form anything in
the communication media.
b. Creation made corresponding theme is prepared by committee.
c. Creative and objective.
d. Logical and systematic.
e. Public Poster Material is the latest issue and actual.
f. Inspiring enhancement competence and medical science and also about
national health development.
2. Creation Systematics
a. Types of posters contested is a Public Poster .
b. Poster design made in JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, TIFF with a minimum of 300
dpi with A4 and B2 sizes with position vertical, and use application
general (CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, or other application design).
c. Free Design and color, interesting , and informative .
d. Originality picture in the poster.
e. Creation may not contain elements of SARA or harrasing something
group certain and pornography.
f. Served in English language.
g. Poster contain title, authors name (Third Participants Competition), AIPKI
logo , UIN Alauddin logo, and participants University logo.
h. Make description about a poster of up to 2 pages. Description
of poster typed in English language
with space 1.5 on paper A4 types letters Times New Roman and font
12, Margin: left 4 cm, right 3 cm, top 4 cm and under 3 cm.
Description should able to decipher in a manner carefully and short about
the poster made. On part on description, include poster title and name
participants. (Description sent together with delivery works).

III. EDUCATIONAL VIDEO GUIDELINE


1. Creation Criteria
a. Educational video is original creation not yet published previously in any
media, yet include on competition or congress anywhere, never be
presented or used in form anything in the communication media.
b. Creative and objective .
c. Logical and systematic .
d. Educational Video Material is issue the latest and actual.
e. Inspiring enhancement competence and development science medical
and national health.

2. Creation Systematics
a. Types of videos contested is an Educational Video.
b. Video design formats are MP4, 3GP, or FLV
c. Minimum duration of 1 minute and maximum of 10 minute.
d. Design and color free , interesting , and informative.
e. Video originality.
f. Creation may not contain elements of SARA or harrasing something
group certain and pornography.
g. Served in English language.
h. Educational video contain title, author name
(Third Participants Competition), AIPKI logo, Alauddin UIN
logo, and University logo participants.
i. Description of the video typed in English language
with space 1.5 on paper A4 types letters Times New Roman and font
12, Margin: left 4 cm, right 3 cm, top 4 cm and under 3 cm.
j. Part on description, include video title and name participants.
IV. COLLECTION MECHANISM
a. Participants should complete the registration process
b. Participants only men collect ABSTRACT, public poster and edu-
cational videos on period collection work: 1st February-28th February 2019
c. Public poster/educational video sent to the available e-mail:

Confirmation collection do in period 24 hours after abstract sent to
the committee email.
e. Committee given right for publish abstract research with author
permission, author name and origin university still permanent listed.
f. Registration fee
All finalist must pay a registration fee of Rp.700.000.
Registration fees can be trasferred to the committee account AIPKI 2019.

V. SELECTION CRITERIA
a. All public poster / educational video will assessed first time for determine
finalists in the next round , and will announced on the official page of
Scientific Meeting and Expo Indonesian Medical Education (PEPKI)
2019 and the social media.
b. Each finalist public poster will given 5 minute time for presentation and
5 minutes for question & answer session.
c. Each finalist educational videos will given time presentation for 10 minutes
and question & answer 5 minutes .
d. Presentation educational posters and videos released corresponding with
creativity participants, with not use application PowerPoint or
similar presentation application .
e. Public posters and videos conducted online voting is objective,
assessment based
on total visitors who give "likes" to creation participants .
f. Voting public poster works and educational videos will do for 7 days .Time v
oting will informed next .
g. On final round will set champions I, II, and III with accumulation value, that
is 30% comes from from finalists value, and 70% came from from
presentation value.
h. Participants who don't attending the technical meeting
was considered approve the results of the Technical meeting. Technical
meeting time and place will informed next.
i. Jury decision is absolute.
