audit of projects ‘Empowering Youth for Work (EYW)’ projects implemented by Partner
NGOs for the period from 01 April 2017 to 31 March 2018 (period ranges based on partners
FD-6 approval by NGOAB):

1) Project Agreement/ Proposal

2) NGOAB clearance and approval letters
3) Last year audited FS
4) Grant contract agreement between the Stichting IKEA Foundation and Oxfam Novib
5) Accounts Manual of IP
6) Financial Manual for partners provided by Oxfam GB for reporting
7) Project financial statements for 01 April 2017 to 31 March 2018
8) List of fixed asset items (Asset Register)
9) Procurement/Tender Document
10) Cash/bankbook
11) Bank statement and reconciliation there of
12) Bank balance confirmation letter/certificate from the bank
13) Receipts & Payment Accounts, Income & Expenditure Accounts and Balance Sheet
14) HR Manual
15) Vouchers as will be requested at the time of visit
