5.ABSTRACT
This project is about Student Management
System.As modern world is becoming digital now-a-days so
getting rid of pen and paper based management in schools for
thousand of students is a fruitful step.In this project data
structures are used.Linked Lists are used in this project along
with data file handling for storing data.Programming
language used is C++.

This has seven options:

1.Creating student record that makes a new entry and add
entered data into file.
2.We can modify existing data using another function by
entering roll number of student.
3.We can also delete some existing student record from the
file.
4.We can search for a record by entering roll number of
student.
5.Deleting all data at a time is also a feature.
6.We can also view each and every data stored in program one
by one just entering y(yes).
7.We can exit program whenever we desire.

6. Aim
Student Management System Project because
the name indicates are used for managing students
records are used
for varied functions. acceptive correct information can ends
up in generating the specified output in correct
format with none delay. therefore this method has been
enabled with validation of information whereas getting into
the information and before saving it to the actual file
7.Scope / Applicability
This project is applicable in all colleges
and schools as every organization needs to store data of
students and perform certain operations on it.This is in high
trend right now as you don’t have to maintain any record book
instead of which you can store your data on cloud as well as in
computer memory.As computer has reached to almost every
educational organisation so this system has a feasibility in
institutes.

8.Introduction
As every institute need to store data of
students and prepare a proper database to fetch it back
when required student management software can find its use
in such fields.
In student module data can be added,modified,deleted and
user can also exit program from same menu.
I also added this into an android app so in case you don’t have
your PC or laptop you can easily store data on phone too.In
this way it gets more easy for user to use.
This software is basic necessity of any school or college now a
days because era of hand written records is long gone.This
software creates secure database for data using C++ data
file handling.This also uses linked list for structuring data.
It also have graphics in it that makes it attractive for user
and they can work easily on it.
IMPLEMENTATION
