Justification note for Extending the delivery period of electrical order no 3800013928
1. An work order had been placed on Mascharak & Sons dated 07.12.2017 for
renovation work of engineering centre for Rs. 36.01 Lakhs. After completion of
renovation work in engineering centre 1st floor and 2nd floor area, there was saving of
approx. Rs. 10 lakhs in the order value.
2. There is ongoing renovation work in project centre 3rd floor and also proposed
renovation work in project centre 2nd floor, ground floor and basement area. It is
proposed to utilise the balance value of Rs 10 lakhs for this renovation work.
3. Deployed vendor is already enganged in the renovation work and also well aware of
the site condition for dismantling work which is key aspect from safety point of view.
4. Accordingly, it is proposed to extend the delivery period for this order from
31.12.2018 to 31.12.2019 to complete the electrical activity for these floors.
